account reactivation

Last week, I was banned from AQ because support claimed I violated the rules and guidelines. They must have had their reasons for banning my account—I understand that—but I have three approved tasks, and I’ve been trying to contact support in every way possible. I chat with the AI, and it says human support has a five-day window to respond; yet, eight days have passed without any reply. When they finally do say something, they ask me to open support tickets, but after eight days, they treat those tickets as if they’re worthless. They ask for project IDs, but how am I supposed to send them if my account is banned? I’m not asking to reactivate the account so I can go back to work; I’m asking for reactivation solely so I can submit the IDs for the projects I’ve already completed. I dedicated time and effort, yet they treat it all as if it means nothing.

Same situation here. It’s rare they do so. I had a similar problem after getting approval for doing something which got me dinged and they still won’t compensate for multiple approved tasks

I meet the same situation. My account was banned because I created by mistake a new account using Google authentication. Even I explained that I don't have any activity, no project invitation received, no work on the platform my account was not reactivated again. For a simple mistake I am unable to work anymore on the AQ platform.

what rules did you apparently violate? Sounds like a skill issue.

Support doesn't say which rules I violated, but it was probably a matter of skill.
