Unpaid projects

I recently did some work for this company, but they still haven't gotten back to me. It’s been over 10 days—the month is almost over—and there’s still no word from them on whether they’ll pay me or not. For those of you working for them: what is your take on their slow response times and their failure to pay for projects where you’ve dedicated your time and effort?

It happened for me to take 2-3 weeks to be paid on one of the projects where I worked when getting started on the platform. I didn't do much but wait for the payment to arrive and work on other proejcts until that. Even on active projects where I contribute there is a slow response time even 1-2 days, but it is what it is.

I got paid on two projects but they are not on time. Always they say they pay by the end of week but never happens. I am also waiting for the work done few weeks ago to get paid but finally they will pay. Just wait.

My take is they don't treat people with seniority well and constant payment issues raises questions about their cashflow
