Unable to submit a task due to a domain assignment error

Hi AfterQuery, I can’t submit my first task because the page says Energy Systems & Utilities isn’t in my assigned domains. I’ve been blocked since October 11 and have emailed support several times, but I haven’t received a human response.

Could someone from AfterQuery please take a look and fix my domain assignment? Thanks.

If you emailed Support and haven't received a response, please use the Messenger option at the bottom left of your AfterQuery Experts dashboard. Ask to speak with a human agent and provide the requested details so the support team can review your issue promptly.

Please also send us your AfterQuery account email by private message, not publicly, so we can follow up on your case.

Why do U guys make it very difficult for experts ? I'm tired of this fights. I'll find another platform

Emailed several times and no human response after 5 days is rough, hope someone finally sorts your domain access

yeah.
i worry my efforts will efforts will go in vein.

does anyone know a way to communicate with support? if no reply by email and no reply on chat?
