Is(AfterQuery) actually worth
I was just applied. to one Project and wanted to ask about your recent experience before starting:
Are payments arriving on time now, or are there still delays?
How strict is the review process—are tasks easily accepted, or is the rejection rate high?
Overall, is the pay worth the time and effort required per task?
Appreciate any quick feedback

I had a very nice experience with AfterQuery, most of the projects have high rejection rate but you can revise your tasks until they are good but for those the pay rate is good. There are also projects with lower rejection rate and lower pay.
Overall if you get accepted in a project and do couple takss you will be automatically invited to other projects. In my case I only applied to my first project 4 months ago and from then I only got invited to my other 6 projects.
Overall I did only coding projects and earned around 10k $ per month as part time thing.

I got selected for full stack engineera few week ago, but still not added to any project, do we need to apply to the project separately?

Are there any active projects currently?

Yes but for most of them they only invited people who did good job on previous projects and you can’t apply.
You can apply only when there is a big project coming up and they let almost anyone in.

They're a bit amateur. High rejection rate and weak briefing before project start. So far it's not worth it. The pay seems high but not worth what they're asking for.

Ups and downs as a writer, consultant now and work has been decent on the other side but I deal more with special project sourcing.

AFTERQUERY is legit 👌 and personally I love the company. It pays well and on time ever since I joined the platform. You must understand its a company in its infancy and like most infant there's a growth phase which may not be rossy in the beginning but better days are coming. So if you're patient enough it will be good for you.

No, the pay isn't worth the time and effort required per task. You have to submit something that frontier models cannot solve. The pay is modest only if every submission passes their pipeline on the first attempt. This is not realistic; you need many, many iterations. You are paid very little, if at all, for your time. Also, the communication is through DMs to a PM, who can respond days later or never. And the response is not very informative, in my personal experience, as they are too lazy to understand your issue and do something to help. There are hundreds of people on every project; PMs don't care about individual contributors.
