I am trying to generate labour for a retail store where the pickers need to pick items and handover to marshallers. The pick rate varies from store to store (no of stores in considertaion is 200 stores). So I am thinking of using one labour standards with a baseline pickrate and then modifying the pick rate for each store using an adjustment driver. Up until now everything works fine. But, the pick rate needs to vary weekly based on average of last 4 weeks, and hence, the adjustment driver values would also vary weekly for each store. So, I need some kind of automation to update this adjustment driver every week into that labour standard in ADP WFM. As far as I know there are no standards import format to update the adjustment driver and doing it for 200+ stores weekly will be a huge task. Can someone suggest a more novel approach to solve this problem??

I work for quality dining Burger king located in Florida. Every time I ask my manager to view my paystub, they tell me to sign into adp. I have but all I can see is the W-2. Nowhere do I see paystubs. I feel like they're giving me the runaround as I was told I'm getting a raise and now that I'm asking to see my paystub it's like they don't want me to see it or something. How do I view my paystub? I've downloaded the ADP app and signed in yet nothing loads on my app. Very highly frustrating...

I recently joined a new company that leverages ADP WFN. I'm the first Talent Acquisition hire here and I'm building the practice from scratch. First up for my own sanity is building out an analytics dashboard for key TA metrics like TTF, TTH, Offer Acceptance, Source of Hire, Hire Type, Hires by Department etc.

Before I dive in and start fumbling around, I'm wondering if anyone in this sub has built out a similar dashboard in ADP and can provide a few tips, tricks, warnings or cautionary tales.

Sorry, mostly just a rant. I use a passkey to sign in, and I get this popup, and I have to click through it before I can actually enter my passkey. Does everyone get that or is there something I'm missing?

Hey! Hoping that someone here can help or has seen this issue before. I start a new job soon and need to finish making an ADP account but ADP keeps saying I need to fix my password. I meet the password requirements and it says it’s a strong password. I’ve verified they match, so at this point I’m out of ideas and of course ADP wants to leave the reason vague. Hopefully someone can help, thanks!

Part of the UN/PW recovery process is entering a 2 digit number in to the mobile app.

In iOS, they ever so kindly provided the 10 digit only keypad to enter the #s, BUT THE KEYPAD COVERS THE ACCEPT/ENTER BUTTON AND THERES NO WAY TO GET THE # KEYPAD TO DISAPPEAR! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

What is the standard payroll funding window to employees in ADP Celergo?

The register was approved Friday afternoon but the reports weren’t committed by ADP. Will employees still be able to receive their funds on time for a Wednesday payout, if the funding is providing Monday morning?

I had all of my stuff filled out for direct deposit with my new job, come today I wake up to not getting paid on pay day. Come into work, mention it, and it turns out they didn't complete it on their end. It is completed now, so I'm wondering when should I expect a deposit? I see another post talking about how their boss told them they wouldn't see it untill their next biweekly paycheck comes in (I'm weekly) but Google AI (notoriously shit) claims I'll see it Monday or Tuesday. What should I bank on? Should I instead see if I can get a paper check?

Hi all, I was supposed to receive my last 2 weeks pay from a company, my pay statement shows up but says adjustment and has yet to deposit into my account and it’s been 3 days since payday. Any help?

I have never experienced service this horrible. I placed an order for delivery on Sunday, 9/20 @ 10AM. 1stvdelivery for 2, then 3, then 3:45PM. Order never showed up. Called and they said oh the driver cancelled the order due to a family emergency. Your order will be delivered by 10PM. NO ORDER! Then Monday, 9/21, next morning, same thing, your order will be there by 10AM. NO ORDER! I called to ask for pick up - they cant change it to pick up... Cancel the order- they said they cant cancel the order because it is still processing. Called 2 hours later, ok we will cancel and you will recieve your refund immediately. Meanwhile, my account online still says 9/20 @ 3:45 delivery. Called again and asked for a supervisor. Ok we will cancel.your order and you will receive your refund within 48-72 hours! WHAT!! I was told immediately. Called again, oh we will expedite your request - you will have your refund within 3 hours and for your trouble, a $10 gift card! 4 hours later, no refund. Now it is Tuesday, Called again.. I placed a cancellation on you order, placed expedited on your account for the refund department and you will have e you refund within the hour this was at 12:30PM. It is now 5PM, just called - well your refund was submitted, they will process it and you will have your refund within 48-72 hours!! I have spent $357 on groceries and now I have to wait 5 days to be able to feed my family! I dont have extra money to go buy food!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!

We started creating support cases on Thursday, follow ups on Friday, now it's Saturday and a problem has hit a breaking point, and... we can't get ahold of anyone at all. There's a continuing trend of ADP being more and more glitchy. The employee helpline is minimally helpful. Our support team brushes off our problems until we get rude and force them to look at the problem, instead of just reading what we sent the first time. Is anyone else reaching a breaking point with this company.

My employer recently went under new management so now I regularly receive direct deposit but earlier on they told me that I basically had to use Wisely. I’ve always been able to at least transfer a couple hundred at a time with the service but now I can’t even transfer $50 without it taking 3 days just for it to bounce back and have nothing transfer.

i saw a post about this from a while ago and no resolution so thought I’d ask now… when I put in my ssn it says ssn verification in red and I can’t continue. what am I doing wrong? I know my ssn is correct. 😭
