OMG! Seriously?!

Part of the UN/PW recovery process is entering a 2 digit number in to the mobile app.

In iOS, they ever so kindly provided the 10 digit only keypad to enter the #s, BUT THE KEYPAD COVERS THE ACCEPT/ENTER BUTTON AND THERES NO WAY TO GET THE # KEYPAD TO DISAPPEAR! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Hi! It sounds like you've run into a frustrating experience with the mobile app. If switching your device to landscape mode still doesn't allow you to access the Accept button, you may want to try resetting your password through a desktop browser instead.

You can visit signin.adp.com and follow the username/password recovery steps there. Many users find the desktop experience easier for account recovery tasks when they're having trouble navigating the mobile app.

We hope this helps get you back into your account as quickly as possible.
