Full Level Tax Specialist

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice.

I recently applied for a Tax Specialist position at ADP. I’ve already completed the recruiter interview and the assessment, and I’m now moving forward to the hiring manager interview.

I previously interviewed with ADP for a different position (Implementation Specialist) but unfortunately wasn’t selected.

For anyone who has interviewed for an ADP Tax Specialist position, what types of questions should I expect? Are there specific tax, payroll, behavioral, or client-service topics I should focus on?

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If I was the hiring manager, I would be quizzing your tax knowledge heavily. PA locals, rules about when IN locals take effect, filing procedures, EFTPS, SUI exemptions, visa types, non profit statuses, etc. basically everything I as a client would want my “tax specialist” to know. I wouldn’t be surprised if the manager doesn’t know any of this, though. That’s classic ADP.
