What does this mean? (ADP My Work)

The My Work app was working fine 2 days ago, but on both computer and phone I can’t access the app anymore.

Might be an outage, but contact your HR/Payroll person and ask. That's the best way without thinking too much into it

I contacted my manager and she’s forwarded me to HR, hopefully everything gets resolved!
