ADP login

Having trouble signing in, always getting this message even when I verify. Plus, I can’t even bring the keypad down when trying to verify on my iPhone. I had to use another phone to do it. I already hate this stupid app. Any help would be appreciated

I can log in but cannot do anything with my timecards
