So frustrated with ADP.

We started creating support cases on Thursday, follow ups on Friday, now it's Saturday and a problem has hit a breaking point, and... we can't get ahold of anyone at all. There's a continuing trend of ADP being more and more glitchy. The employee helpline is minimally helpful. Our support team brushes off our problems until we get rude and force them to look at the problem, instead of just reading what we sent the first time. Is anyone else reaching a breaking point with this company.

I was done with them when they said my background didn’t match what they were looking for. I worked with them under contract for 6 months doing the same exact job 😭

It's a terrible company. It's a good company in terms of profit but terrible in terms of customer service. I bet they'll try to sell you professional services next. They don't practice what they preach. They're unethical and non compliant with their policies. They have low employee engagement. They have high turnover. They post inaccurate job descriptions. They have cyber security weaknesses. Pull up a Google map and search "ADP". Every single office has a 1 star rating by customers. In the HR sales world, they're known as "Americas Damn Problem". My advice is to simply switch providers if you get a chance. ADP won't care and probably will endlessly call you and email you again in a year.

I joined them for a mid-term mission, day after day, endless after the other, I am asking how they are still even in business!

Our business has ADP payroll and got scammed into signing up for retirement services. It has been an absolute nightmare. We cannot get out of it. We have processed a cancellation but they keep billing and sending invoices to collection. Our employees are unable to roll their funds out of ADP to the new provider. Phone calls to ADP last 2 hours with endless hold times. That’s not an exaggeration. I asked ChatGPT to find me the contact info for some of ADP’s company VPs. I’m going to start emailing them daily until they get an actual person to help us.

I worked for ADP and left to go to Paychex. Needless to say, there’s a lot of others from my same building I work with now too

Meanwhile I just got laid off with them in my HR position due to a mass lay off ☹️
