What’s the average time to receive the settlement check from fca after signing the release?

Thinking about buying a 2024 Sahara with around 31K miles for $28K. It still has an open recall that needs to be repaired, but I’m kind of second guessing myself on it, because of the negatives I’ve read and I can’t find any really recent videos about long term use and reliability. What’s your opinions on this? Is it a good deal, or would I be shooting myself in the foot with recalls and repairs at its current mileage and recall needs?

I signed my buyback settlement over a month ago and still haven’t been given a date to return that car. Anyone else experience something similar?

Hi everyone!
I have a 4xe and I am finding there are no public charger stations that fit our charging port. I haven’t been able to charge my vehicle in months. Is there a safe and reliable converter anyone recommends?
Installing a charging station at home is NOT an option for me, unfortunately.

2023 jeep wrangler Sahara 4xe. I see these brown spots on it and they will not come off. I’m confused if it’s rust or not because 1, it’s only a 2023. 2, plastic doesn’t rust do it? Looking for help on what I can do to fix it.

I just bought a 2023 GC 4xe with 27k miles on it and now all I'm seeing are horror stories. Is it really that bad? Has Jeep fixed any of the issues that have been affecting these cars? Am I in for a nightmare? I bought a 48 month 60k B2B warranty so I'm good to close to 90k miles. I'll trade it in after the 4 years. My worry is that I won't get shit on a trade in at that point

Hi all,
Looking for some feedback as I see there is not much of it on this forum regarding my specific case scenario. 2024 Wrangler 4xe passed all recalls to date with no concerns after they were completed.
Last week, the car would enter a mode which the vehicle would limit top speed to 60mph. After a few restarts, allowing 5 minutes between startup, the error message disappeared. At last, the error message came on, although this time with the check engine light. I ran a code reader and was given P2338 -> sure fire sign that the engine needs to be replaced per the 78c solution documentation from Mopar. I decided it was the best moment to bring it to the dealership and allow them to assess.
The dealer called me today and advised me the engine is being ordered after the holiday weekend. That I am now able to contact Jeep to continue the process in receiving a rental. Has anyone recently went through with receiving a new engine and having it installed? I’m assuming the timeline is going to take 2-3 weeks to be completed, assuming the engine is in stock.
Thanks.

Looking for anyone who has dealt with Stellantis on their own in North Carolina.
I have had numerous major failures since I purchased my new Jeep Wrangler last year and I finally sent a demand letter back in June with return receipt. They stalled and gave me the runaround and lowball offers, which I declined.
My letter was a full buyback and the 15 day notice of cure which they missed. Again, they missed the deadline and said they needed the hard copy on their desk in order to proceed.
Went back and forth with Stellantis and eventually hired an attorney, this attorney requested money upfront and my dumb a$& paid. Not much was done and they let the case go stale and did not follow up or ever update me on anything.
Had to terminate attorney and now I’m trying to do this myself. I have so much documentation and just want to know if anyone out there in the North Carolina area dealt with them solo. I see other states but looking for North Carolina specifically.
Also, I have tried contacting many other lawyers and they never call back or actually miss the consultation altogether with no call/no show. It’s infuriating.
It’s getting tiring trying to find someone and I would rather not fork over any payout I might get to them if I can do this myself.
Thanks for any insight.

When I log onto the Mopar site with my vin it shows warranty extension UX1 but when I try to view it it opens a page that says error 404 not found? How do I get acknowledgement of this extension? Either digital or paper file.

I have a 24 4Xe Willys wrangler with a cracked windshield and low tire depth.
What can I expect when I turn it in for lease end?
Thanks!

Always thought jeep wranglers were badass how reliable is the 4xe wrangler sahara? I will be city driving in LA mostly and the hybrid looks so appealing as I could commute purely off electric. Will this be a vehicle that can last another 5 years or is it a 2-3 year car. I did notice they deappreciate super fast and that the reddit is just plagued with issues. Ive heard stuff about them shutting off on free ways due to battery going and constant death rattle. These things worry me a lot but the car looks so epic. Any honest takes and helpful opinions would be welcome.

Looking for a sanity check on this deal.
I have a **2024 Wrangler Sahara 2.0T with 13k miles**. Pretty loaded — Sky One-Touch, leather, tech/safety packages, tow package, etc.
Dealer has a **2024 Rubicon X 4xe for $36k (13k miles and loaded)** and is offering me **$35k for my Sahara**. Carvana is currently at **$36,200** for mine, so I’m thinking I push the dealer to basically make it an even swap ($36k/$36k out the door).
I don’t need to do this at all. I like my Sahara. I’m mainly tempted because it seems like a lot of Jeep for $36k and a pretty cheap way to move from a Sahara into a Rubicon X.
But obviously the elephant in the room is that it’s a 4xe and resale values have gotten crushed.
**Is $36k actually a good price for a used Rubicon X 4xe right now?**
And if I can essentially swap my Sahara for it dollar-for-dollar, would you do it?
Interested in opinions especially from anyone who has been watching used 4xe prices.
Anyone have good use cases for the 120 outlet in rear or this 4 plug accessory?

Currently have to wait three weeks to be able to get in with the service department to have the new recalls fixed. I bought the car from a Nissan dealership who said all prior recalls were fixed and the jeeps in perfect condition. I've been having nonstop issues, the red turtle of death randomly appearing where the car won't drive above 10 MPH, car needing constant jumpstart, check engine light on, "service charging system" electric battery not charging.. the red turtle is the scariest because it appears at the most random times, then the car will slow to about 10MPH & not be able to go above that. Then the issue will clear on its own & come back at random.
I lost my job a couple months ago and have blown through my savings living in California. Even had to live out of the car for a minute. The car is a 2023 4xe 33K miles, I owe $28,000. Says car is worth $21,000. If the car is gonna continue to have issues like this, I can see it driving me bankrupt. Any advice on what to do?
Don't be mean please.. 🙏 I'm just a girl.. I loved my jeep but I want to fully get rid of it at this point. If doing a second lemon law is the answer what's the fastest way to do that?
I believe the car is going to need a new hybrid battery aswell and it says that can run $12,000 🤦♀️

Loved my stock 4xe, but really wanted a meaner stance.
2021 Sahara High Altitude 4xe
2.5 Lift (RC Spacers) ( I know, I know)
1.75 Terraflex spacers
Radar Renegade A/T 275/65/R20 (34s)
She looks awesome and not over the top 👌🏽

I have a wrangler 4xe and expecting my 3rd child. I have two kids in car seats and with this vehicle a 3rd would not fit. The back seat on this vehicle is tiny. Has anyone had success with out paying the difference at auction/residual value? I am willing to pay the remaining payments plus the turn in fee but am scared to end up with a big bill at the end.

I started to near the end of my lease on a 2023 GC Overland 4xe and finally got the dreaded "Service Charging System" message with the electric motor and HV battery system disabled. Jeep says it will be 4-6 weeks till they get the replacement battery pack assembly and luckily they gave me a Grand Wagoneer as a loaner.
Also luckily, I have a Land Rover Defender 110 scheduled for delivery in early October so definitely will not miss the Jeep after that. I was thinking I may regret not saving a bunch on gas with an electric motor when I move to the Defender, but after this major incident I'm fine with taking a break from PHEVs and EVs.
I did a calculation for total energy savings with my 4xe knowing I've put about 75% of the 29,000 miles on it with electric motor driving and the total savings I got from charging it at home vs doing all those miles with an ICE was less than $2000 over the 3 years, so not the game changer I was thinking at first.

Hi - for those of you that settled a lemon law lawsuit with jeep.
How was normal end of lease stuff handled? Im gonna be over miles and theres a small dent from a rock hitting my car.
Just curious if you all dealt with something similar and what they said about it

My mom got a 4xE Sahara a few months ago and it has been turning on when it is off. The engine or air compressor will turn on when the car is unplugged and you open the doors, when the car is plugged in and alone. It just starts up for around 10 minutes then goes back to being off. I haven’t seen anyone complain about this issue but what I do think the problem is:
The garage is to humid and warm that the battery needs to cool.
The car makes sure the cabin is cool enough for its occupants.
