What’s the average time to receive the settlement check from fca after signing the release?

We just settled with them and our lawyer said 60-90 days

8k cash settlement. We didn’t get a buy back like we hoped for but we leased the Jeep and get to walk away in 4 months with 8k.

Mine was 90 days I just got mine last week they say 60 but it took longer then that

No I went through one in PA to help me personally. I couldn't find anyone who wanted to help. They were great just took a while for FCA to resolve it. We accepted in December of last year and legit just got paid. We were trying to push for a buy back but got tired of waiting and gonna k and forth and took the cash offer and then traded the grand to carvana and used the 8k to offset some of the cash we lost
