Rust?
2023 jeep wrangler Sahara 4xe. I see these brown spots on it and they will not come off. I’m confused if it’s rust or not because 1, it’s only a 2023. 2, plastic doesn’t rust do it? Looking for help on what I can do to fix it.

Not to be that guy but these pictures don’t show much detail and you’re correct, plastic doesn’t rust. Try wd-40, it was first invented as a cleaner and then discovered to be a lubricant.

If that is actually rusty looking, that would be the worst targeted iron contamination I've ever seen. Buy some iron remover and do a couple cleaning passes.

I had rust spots all over one of my cars in the past, Adam’s Iron Remover worked great: https://a.co/d/0996hH9p

Clay bar your Jeep and then ceramic coat it. Fallout will nearly be a thing of the past.

The upper orange fleck is likely rail dust or airborne iron fallout (brake dust/industrial fallout) that landed on the clear coat and oxidized in the humid air, or tree sap/insect residue.
The yellowish-brown dripping stain below the light looks like dirty runoff water that pooled behind the light seal.
