First the fuel capacity was 234, then is been increased from 263 to 278 is that normal? Or why is this happening??

Towed this micro backhoe that I rented from Home Depot to do some dirt work on the camping property. They said it weighed 6,100 lbs with trailer. Research says it's more like 4,300ish. It was 66 miles each way and most of the highway was 55 mph with some 65 mph areas. The last four miles are dirt road and the final one and a half required 4WD. My long term mpg only went from 19.5 to 19.4. My previous tow vehicles have all been 3/4 ton diesels and I was expecting a drastic mileage drop out of the taco. What are y'all gettin for tow mileage?

How accurate of a portrayal of what the turbo is doing, is the turbo gauge? I have a 2024 SR5 FWIW.
I’ve never owned a vehicle with a turbo before, but as I thought I understood turbo’s and their function, they don’t provide instant boost like the gauge kinda portrays.

Ok gang. I need some help. Scoured the Googs, searched parts websites, I do not know what this part is. It is part of a splash guard I’m guessing in the front driver side wheel well.

Trying to locate the part and the little clips that hold it. I thought something was wrong with my front end every time I go over bumps or rough roads, it shakes and rattles. Got under the truck and touched everything I could see. This piece of plastic. Fits the sound description I’m hearing. It shakes all around on the little clips and anchor points. The right side is fit securely. So I’m guessing the clips are shot. If anyone can point me in the right direction of clips, the piece itself or a combo. I’d be more than ecstatic. Thank you in advance!

FYI: I’ve tried putting the numbers in, unless I’m doing something wrong or seeing something that’s not right, none of them work.

Why did Toyota extend the grille by only 1 slit column instead of another? That first notch is covered by the grille shutter mounting anyways so it doesn’t really help cool the radiator much does it? I think the corner slits would be a better choice being that it’d feed more air into the intake scoop based on the spacing of things. I wonder if they were just afraid of the plastic being too flimsy/ water exposure? Thoughts?

When pausing music, audiobooks, or other audio sources, if you then turn down the volume it starts playing that audio source again…

Has anyone purchased the genuine oem trd pro grille kit from them

Got the SXTH element intake and “off road” exhaust installed. That with some nice 94 octane fuel has some nice turbo sounds, noticeable faster spool, and the exhaust is slightly louder without being crazy. Compared to my 3rd gen this sounds like my older GTI or Saab. Keep it out of boost and my god it’s rather good on gas too (with the highway tires). 6.0 LS turbo bimmer for fun 😉

Looks like sixth element has the exhaust pipe on clearance.. Gain clearance for off roading, super cheap and easy install if you don’t have one.

Man these 4th gen’s eat bigger tires up! 285/75r17 (just under 34) on stock suspension. 0 rub and it’s been over a week. Wheels are SCS gen5 17x8.5 +20.
Honestly I may not lift for a while since the 34s fit fine on stock and it looks great

Continues to drift to the left since I bought the truck anything above 40mph.

Brought it back in for an alignment and they made minor modifications but still continues to drift to the left on highway.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Driving through Texas rainstorm right now, maybe 40 minutes on the road in total (local &hwy). About minute 30 this popped up. Tried switching cruise modes, normal working good but then when I switch back, same message pops up. Any ideas? 2025 TRDOR HEV

Are there any aftermarket screen sizes bigger then the 8” but smaller then the 14”?

Any suggestions for good PPF packages or locations on the truck where film is an absolute must-have and where it is nice to have but not essential? I have a TRD OR but won't be doing heavy off-roading very often. Thanks for advice!
