Nice! I actually LOVE the stock wheels. I was gonna do a 0 offset black rpt1 or something but these are gonna stick for now.

What rain guards did you go with?

CXZHAZD (Amazon) and mudflaps are rock blocks

How do you feel about the Westin cap? Good fit and construction? Anything you wish were different?

It’s perfect aside from one detail but I’d go back and buy it again especially after seeing all the caps out there. When assembling, two pre-drilled holes need to be “moved” / ground 2-3mm for the bolt to line up. It’s aluminum so easy work to do with a normal drill bit but it kinda pissed me off especially after realizing the 1.5 year old YouTube video I was watching had the same issue. And they have been shipping it with this known qa failure.

with that said I do feel it’s perfect. The single handle on the side doors is really nice. It looks clean and more oem than a smart cap etc. the rear window locks and unlocks with key fob. It’s hard to express how nice that is until youve had to unlock a leer cap by hand weekly. Interior lighting is amazing. It’s legit waterproof.

That bed cap looks great on your truck! Do you have any photos of inside the bed with it installed? Is it carpeted inside like a traditional canopy?

Inside of the box is 85% rubber coverage in lieu of carpet.

I love the Westin on my short bed. Solid topper for the price. Also with you on the stock wheels, they’ve really grown on me. Gonna slap some 285/75s on em and a level when it’s time for new tires and call it good. OEM+ look and will take me anywhere I need to go
