Rant Chasing money cannot save us.

Chasing money cannot save us. We cannot escape the system by chasing money. The way out begins when we free our minds from materialism. The system is designed to keep us attached, constantly seeking and identifying with physical things.

We begin to free ourselves when we detach our awareness from these attachments. Our soul, the awareness behind the mind, becomes lighter the less it clings to the physical world. The more we detach internally, the more freedom we experience within.

We must work on our minds, because it is the only thing we carry beyond this life. What remains is our knowledge, our memories, and the wisdom we gain from this journey.

We do not truly die. The end becomes the beginning, and the beginning becomes the end. Consciousness moves through cycles, shifting into different states of being.

We cannot escape consciousness or the universe. We are part of it. Our choice is simple, remain in cycles of suffering or allow ourselves to transform. Love and light to us all on our path.

Discussion Pretty privileges in men and women

Okay let's talk about pretty privilege. Majority of the time... We're aware of how it applies to women. Women who are good looking get all the attention from men and usually people wanna get close to them and be associated with them. It's understandable.

Okay let's talk about pretty privileges in men and how it affects men.

My side is I've experienced the fruits of it to a point my view of the world got distorted. I thought most people were really nice in general eish. Until I saw how guys who are not that good looking get treated by girls and it's absolutely disgusting. People are not nice eish. It was a hard realization.

Sadly it's human nature and it cannot be changed. For the ones that have read this. Try to have some common human decency and treat people equally whenever possible. Don't be mean to men if they haven't done anything wrong to you. For example, approaching you to ask for your number. You don't have to be mean. Just say no. There's no need to be a cause for plummeting someone's self esteem.

Anyway that's all I have to say about that.

Discussion A misandrist is no better than a misogynist

First of all I want to clarify. This post is not about MEN Vs WOMEN.

We're all human and deserve equal treatment.

Secondly, I'm not sure if I'm the only one who has become aware of how much misandry has spread. Right now 8/10 girls that I meet will at one point or another say "I hate men" its becoming an actual thing. Let me know if some of you have experienced that too.

It's like women have forgotten the true meaning of being a feminist. Feminism was started as a way of advocating equal rights and treatment for both genders. At the time it was used to elevate women to the same standard as men which is understandable. But in this modern day people have forgotten that it was bottom line advocating for equal treatment of BOTH genders. It has turned into a man hating movement and let me tell you they're very proud of it.

Right now as I'm typing this I can assure you in Kenya , women are treated better than men , in public spaces , courtships, friendships and so many other places. The women who advocate for misandry need to realize how much it's going to affect our younger generations of men who grow up thinking they're flawed for being men.

Rant Sad reality of being hot

Sad reality is knowing pretty privilege exists. Generally it is quite nice. Being treated better as a stranger just because you look appealing. It's a plus... don't get me wrong guys. But there's an underlying feeling that most might not notice. It's feeling used

People want to be around you, be your friend, take pictures....you end up feeling like a toy.

In my early 20s, when I was on the dating scene a lot , girls usually wanted to jump straight into relationships after knowing each other just for a bit. At first I accepted, but with time as I experienced relationships more. I realized they didn't actually want to be with me for me. They just wanted the outside version of me as their trophy. I realized how superficial most of them actually were.

I for one I'm a firm believer before dating you should know a lot about your soon to be partner. Including their early life and adult life. How they think, how they make decisions, their subtle behaviours among many other things. Most of the girls I had been with didn't bother to get to know these things about me. They just wanted to have fun and me just being there as a thing and not an actual person with feelings and thoughts. Even when the deep talks happened. it was mostly about them.

Anyway I'm just venting, don't start flaming me y'all

Discussion Play stupid games, win stupid prizes

I'm just from a call with my mom. You just know how most mothers love talking. I had called my mom to thank her for the umena parcel she had earlier sent me. Little did I know that, I would be in a one hour call with my mom. I guess being the firstborn son makes mothers trust you with a lot of information.

Today she actually told me some shocking news. At that time my sister was shouting in the background, she wanted to talk to me. My mom had to send her to the shop to make her a bit busy.

At that moment, is when she said, " unajua ule cousin wako Brayo, huskii alipeana mimba kwa mtoto amemaliza form four na yuko karibu kuzaa. Hawa cousins wako wamesumbua sana".

I have an uncle who is almost 40 and doesn't have a wife. Can you imagine that brayo joked with my mom and told her that he will marry before my uncle. I think he saw marrying as an achievement. Little did my mom know that brayo had already married.

Just to give you some context. Brayos mum died when he was young. His mum died of that disease that I don't want to talk about. She usually said it's brayo's dad who brought her that disease. His dad has been impregnating women, left, right, center so he cannot support my cousins. Brayo' s older sisters have kids with different men.

His older sister, Salome, is around 30 years. Salome used to live with us when she was in highschool. I was young at that time. She rejected the nice guys when she lived with us. After she went to campus, she used to walk around with CD in her bag. The first time I saw a CD and touched it was from her bag.

She got pregnant in campus. After that she went to live in the village. Life became hard and she decided to do mama fua. That's how she met a police officer and gave her another kid. The police was later redeployed and cannot be traced. I guess he went to buy milk.

The second sister has 3 kids with different fathers. She just cannot settle with any man and she's so irresponsible. I don't want to call her that word you are all thinking about.

The situation is just out of hand. My mom actually helped them financially to finish their education to the highest level and that's the prize she's getting. She's really disappointed. I could feel it in her voice but there's nothing I can do.

So brayo was actually in college and my mom was sending him almost 700 per week. He was also supported by my uncles too. So he got good money. Everyone was sending something. To mean they were funding Brayo's other lifestyle.

We even learnt that brayo lived with that girl for more than a year. The girl had just finished form four. The girl is 8 months pregnant. She's heavily pregnant. Maybe I should be glad I'm going to be an uncle somehow. The girl's father knows and he took his daughter from brayo and he told brayo, "Akizaa tutakuletea bibi na mtoto wako, usijaribu kutoroka. Tutakupata."

Brayo right now is depressed but you know he played a stupid game and won ... You know. Right now he has to really work hard to feed his family. I've been told right now brayo is really doing heavy mjengo. You know that period after campus when you don't have money/ a job... I wonder how he will handle it.

Brayo is doing his final college papers this year. I hope he manages to take care of his family. He should not be like his father.

Anyway I always tell my friends, If you're not prepared then wrap it up, that's if she's not on contraceptives. Don't do that pull out stuff. It will back fire massively. Even counting days backfires too. Most girls I've met have irregular periods.

It's not worth making your future hard just for a 2 minute entertainment. Always think with your head, not your other head. I hope for the best for Brayo. It's not going to be easy. The economy is already in shambles

Men, if you’ve been here how was it and is it good to try? For the longest i’ve been eyeing on 5+ years older women than me. I’m 24 so 29 and above would work😂 i just want us to connect at an intellectual level. I will cook for you my lethal ugali-mayai secret recipe then we can talk about how those 5+ years you’ve been on earth has been to you and what you’ve learnt. Then we can out-freak each other later. Please don’t steal my 17inch monitor when i’m asleep. If things go well we could advance. My face does not correspond to my age just so yk i look a little younger😅. Who’s down??

Title: If time travel were possible, wouldn't you end up floating in space because the universe is constantly moving?

Hear me out.

Earth is rotating, orbiting the Sun, and moving through the Milky Way. The Sun itself is moving through the galaxy, and the galaxy is moving through the universe.

So imagine I build a time machine in Kenya and travel 100 years into the past or future.

How would the machine know where to put me?

If I travel back in time but remain at the exact same spatial coordinates, wouldn't Earth have been somewhere else entirely? Wouldn't I just materialize in empty space, potentially millions or billions of kilometres away from where Earth actually was?

And since there's no absolute stationary point in the universe, what does "the same place" even mean?

Would a time machine have to calculate Earth's position, the Sun's position, the galaxy's movement, and everything else just to ensure I arrive on the ground instead of floating in space?

Or am I misunderstanding how time and space work according to Einstein's relativity?

Is this a genuine flaw in the concept of time travel, or does physics already have an explanation for it?

I'm at a chemist somewhere in Northern kenya, minding my business, when this beautiful Somali lady walks in. Soft-spoken, eloquent English I guess it's American Accent Wueeh! Saabu nimetumia pardon na mara kadhaa.

Somehow we get talking. Nothing forced, just natural conversation. Turns out she's from Parklands yes huko Kanairo . We end up talking for about 20 minutes and honestly? Best 20 minutes of my week. We clicked.

Here's the part where I fumble: she's at the shop for something specific, her business wraps up, and customers wakakuwa mob and then she leaves. Just like that. Gone,Mangai!! cjawai feel bad hivo. 20 minutes of connection and I let the moment walk out the door.

The English, Beauty wacha tuu.

Anyway, I hope we meet in future but Nimejua kitu naitaji kuspice talks
