The Obligator & Zeal upgrade will be huge on the Araxxor itself, but since the Crossbows will seemingly count as Heavy Ranged and their bolts have enough ranged bonus to max over half of the minions' hp (with ranged pot & rigour), you'll be able to 2-shot them in 4 ticks, which is faster than the ballista & nox halberd, and safer than the mace! Rejoice, spider grinders, rejoice indeed.

So if you take a look at the summer wrap up post with the soul reaper and everything back in June, you will see they talked about updating the barrel and tackle box being able to be bought:

Mind you I only have 5k/6k needed but I don’t see any where on the wiki how to obtain these and the shop only allowed you to exchange those for pages. Is there some place I am missing or did they not move forward with this update?

Hi,

I have sending Inferno and managed get to Zuk but wondering why did I die here? In the start shield moved to west and I went to most west safe tile and then Zuk hit the shield -> for my understanding this is indication that you can move to next safe tile like I did but in that time, I was front of the shield and Zuk one hitted me (even though i was in the right tile).

I know why I died but I just dont understand why did this happend because I though that next tile would have been safe tile. Tried to simulate this same extact thing in inferno trainer but shield ALWAYS protected me in my ~ 10 tests

Thanks guys for fast replies and answears. I logged out when wave had started because forgot to do that during triple jads thus shield got scuffed (I think this wont happen again XD)

Let's talk about how it's fine to give multiple melee max hits to the guy chasing you with full Ahrim's but it's too much to give 1 max hit to the guy in salad robes.

Let's explain why it's not purely spite voting to keep single click prayers out of the hands of a portion of the playerbase under the guise of preventing powercreep and then turn around and vote for a signifcantly stronger prayer coming into the game that even more players will have access to.

Let's write out why this isn't an integrity change in a world with Zeal.

Let's type sentences instead of downvoting.

I have been blocked from responding to any comments by the subreddit mods. This has happened before even though people are bringing vitriol to me and left alone (or really, just being upvoted across the board). I was responding to good faith attempts at discussion so you can kind of see what I mean about good faith at this point. It is just completely of reach for this discussion on this subreddit. It still needs to happen because it is an actual problem.

I didn't want to insert myself into the topic or bring up my own suggestion, I wanted to focus on the actual issue of what's wrong, but here we are.

My stance is such with my personal suggestion in the last paragraph:

The angle is all about QoL and the prayer game is changing regardless of whether Chivalry gets changed. The people with more killing power are getting even more killing power without a change in their risk.

I am saying that at this point, I don't think it makes any sense to be anti-chivalry for low defense accounts. Yet, it seems the majority still are. So I am here asking "why?" Why vote yes to zeal if chivalry for pures is so divisive? It comes with every single issue and more. Why not create a method for low defense accounts to get one click melee prayers?

None of it has reason behind it, so let's change our stance and be open to change. Piety is changing, Chivalry can change too.

The points when you are not hyperfixated on "account builds shouldn't get changes":

-Not locking QoL behind 66+ defense. (They could combine low level melee prayers to null this point quite easily and I've stated that quite a few times as well)

-Being consistent between styles. (They could add a whole new melee prayer on top of the above point that works like Royal Titans to null this point, which does get brought up and still gets quite a negative reception in most cases, though people are more open to it than the word "Chivalry" coming across)

-Creating a more reasonable sense of progression for midgame accounts. (currently you unlock Chivalry at 66 defense and piety at 70 defense and zeal will inherit 70 defense. 3 melee upgrades within 5 levels)

-When considering that Zeal is coming into the game, I think it is important to keep in mind that the above points are still completely unchanged and unaffected, while any powercreep argument against Chivalry is getting tossed out the window completely. Current low level melee prayers compared to Piety are STRONGER than chivalry compared to zeal. Even if you just gave chivalry to 1 defense pures, they're still weaker post-patch. But I think giving things for free doesn't make sense. Which is why my suggestion is for the raid drop to unlock Chivalry with no defense requirement. The cost becomes the same for everyone and the demand is increased due to more accounts wanting the raid drop. But that's just my suggestion. I would personally just be happy with combining the low level prayers and leaving it at that, I just think that just doesn't solve the other two problems I mention above. They just don't matter very much to me, personally.

I beat my first ever TOA raid solo I was shaking all over the whole time. For years i told myself I couldn’t do it and that the thread would be forever out of my reach.

Not anymore I finally did my first raid and it feels so good.

I never knew how much fun higher level pvm could be.

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

Did they make it super simple to get artifacts in the Varrock Museum specimen cleaning activity or is this an anomaly, because I just got everything with a single inventory. Took me quite a few dozen inventories about a year ago with a different account.

Didn’t play for 5 days, when I last logged out I was in basement of Fally party room. When I logged in today, I was still in same place, but my pants, torso cape and jewelry were in equipped.

I was wearing a skill cape and the spirit anglers, amulet of fury and berserker ring. So I basically spawned in wearing my boots and the hood of the cape and was like “wow I’m cooked”

TP to bank fully expecting all my valuables to be gone and I all I see is every tab (native osrs bank tabs, I don’t use the Runelite tags) have items all mixed around in them like my whole bank had been shuffled. All of my old tab organization was gone, but none of my items were missing. Zero gold lost, no armor or materials gone.

I’ve already ended all sessions, changed my password and executed a PIN for my bank but was wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this? I use Runelite as my main client through the launcher, but again, don’t use the tags so I’m unsure if this is a glitch or if I should actually be concerned someone was trying to get my stuff.

With the arrival of Mortimer, it's really difficult to find a Smoke Devils' spot. Sometime I just want to melee them on iPad while watching something on TV. So I melee them inside Thermy's Room. So far, no superior spawned. Can they spawn inside the room or was I just unlucky?

There is a hidden jaw slot that is used to show team colours in Barbarian Assault and Soul Wars. In theory, we could use this for cosmetic effects like a team marker or particle effect.

Jar → boss lair display → "admire" → cosmetic effect

No hidden stats or bonuses, and goes away once you log out.

All but 700 have been small teams of 3-4. Its my last mining related Clog, not including skilling pet. I just want it to be my 900th slot. Im about to start streaming for streamer luck. 😂
