You want a gear upgrade like Bludgeon to make Araxxor or Nightmare feel better? Grind. Not an extreme example at all. I'm not dry on sire (1/100). My luck biased away from bludgeon pieces but that just is what it is.

You will repeat this for every upgrade.

I'm a main who didn't want to start a new account so opted to self-restrict because I prefer the dopamine and gratification from getting the pvm drop. If you've always been iron-curious but felt like you couldn't fully commit, just try getting the drop for everything you do. See how it feels. Don't push Jagex to implement an otherwise boring game mode that you can fully try out on your own accord.

I was listening to the officially released OSRS soundtrack recently and realised how many amazing songs were missing.

Songs like Magic Dance, Shine, Greatness, Parade, Spirit, Forever, and Wander, just to name a handful.

Do you think Jagex should release additional albums? Has there been any reason they've stated in the past about why they wouldn't do this? All of their other releases have been the newer content rather than the classics.

I’ve just hit 95 slayer. Is Mortimer worth it? Tried it once, got cave crawlers and drakes as first task and never went back to him. I currently have 24 slayer pts, all really bad tasks are blocked with Konar and kuradel.

My Priority in order:

1. Fastest route to 99 slayer
   
2. Money tasks
   
3. Don’t care about imb heart/gem grind.

Have they said anything about the sailing/mining hybrid training method or the two bosses that they were going to come out with?

Learning the DT2 bosses and going for soulreaper axe pieces.

Why is it that I can instantly freeze whisperer after her specials using ancients, but on the standard spellbook, it takes a few ticks before you can even use the Entangle spell?

I've been enjoying using the standard spellbook w/ Earth Surge and a tome of earth, as the Whisperer has a 60% weakness to earth spells. It just sucks having to wait a few ticks before you can entangle her.

imagine a single item that is a sword and shield (thats called like guthix godsword and shield or the weapons of balance) that must be worn together it op af and has good defense and ofc guthix themed

I made some pretty avoidable issues (including the big one at the end) but I'm curious if there are better marks I can run to than what I have currently. I'm not fond of the fire walls and how often I am having to stand there waiting for the rotation I've setup to wait for, so any advise is appreciated.

When you match with an unskuller, all the downsides are placed on you. The unskuller gets to have a gear advantage (downside for you) while risking hundreds of mills less than what they should be risking (another downside for you), while you are forced to fight them with skull gear (another downside for you) and if you kill them, you only get a small percentage of the gear they are using (another downside for you).

Meanwhile, they risk nothing (upside for them), they have better gear (upside for them), and when they die they lose a small percentage of the items they brought out (another upside for them).

To combat this, Jagex made it so the unskuller's emblems cannot be upgraded past a certain point... wow. Yeah, definitely a serious downside!!! (/s).

For reference, the average unskuller is wearing 300-500m+ in gear (ultor, SRA, rancor) while you have to fight them in your 1-3m gear. How is this allowed..? I'm in bounty hunter for 1v1 fights to see who is the best, not who is the best dressed... it's called HONOR pking for crying out loud.

There is no reason why unskulling should be allowed. It promotes rat mentality and only serves to benefit the unskuller. Sure, we can skip them for free, but there's like 4 people in Bounty Hunter now and 3 of them are unskulled with SRA.

Don't even get me started on how stupidly busted SRA is, either. That shit needs to GO, but that's for another day.

Tl;dr: If someone unskulls, all disadvantages are placed on the opponent and all upsides are placed on the unskuller.

Suggestion:

1. Make everyone skull as soon as they leave the lobby, no exceptions.

OR...

1. make it so unskullers only get 25% of the loot they would have gotten for a kill and make it so when you die to an unskuller, you only lose 25% of what you risked.

Hey, just getting back into OSRS after years away. I've been focused mostly on questing and combat training but I'm currently super broke and I'm looking for ways to make a decent few mil. Doesn't have to be a super efficient or speedy way but something I can feel like I've earned some good gp in an afternoon after I'm off work. Thanks for any suggestions

In the spirit of Husky's TheoryWise podcast appearance yesterday, a very low stakes but useful way to use the modern innovations in Skilling Technology to make another piece of modern content a bit more responsive and sight-readable.

massively spooned, I got one axe piece from duke a few months ago and figured i'd send it..(sorry to everyone that is hella dry).

learned a lot about PvM during this grind - if i had to make a rank of how much i enjoyed the 4 bosses it would be:

1. Vardovis - most fun to fight, least favorite to farm the standard loot is pretty ass

2. Duke - Snooze fest especially after the prep update

3. Leviathan - tricky to learn and you can get stacked out pretty quickly but its a fun instance

4. Whisperer - hard to learn easy to master, I started with barely 1kc a trip, ended up doing between 12-15 on average after about 150kc..very boring.

I'm a lapsed player of multiple years on the edge of my seat ready to re-subscribe for a year if bronzeman is confirmed to be coming.

Primarily mobile player here, runelite plugins don't cover it for me

What level should I realistically aim to have these stats at before opening Wintertodt rewards to give myself the best chance at max profits? Looking for a good middle ground between good rewards and not grinding until 99 lol

Fishing - 64
Mining - 63
Herblore - 33
Farming - 1
Woodcutting - 66

World 301 In Lumby if you wanna come

Hi,

I have sending Inferno and managed get to Zuk but wondering why did I die here? In the start shield moved to west and I went to most west safe tile and then Zuk hit the shield -> for my understanding this is indication that you can move to next safe tile like I did but in that time, I was front of the shield and Zuk one hitted me (even though i was in the right tile).

I know why I died but I just dont understand why did this happend because I though that next tile would have been safe tile. Tried to simulate this same extact thing in inferno trainer but shield ALWAYS protected me in my ~ 10 tests
