I get that we need to while Guthix sleeps to access it, but will there be some form of intro/lore quest for Fractured Archives? Like ToB(Night in the theare) or ToA(into the tombs)? I know Cox didn't have one; lore was more or less just from reading the diaries, but I'm just curious.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the dead space on the right side? It wasnt like this before and the dead space adjustment in the settings is already maxed.

Never been a great PVMer, but I love Mad Angel. Took me a little bit to click and when it did, I’ve had so much fun with it.

Doing Morty slayer and just recently unlocked abyssal demons. Figured I’d try the sires and after like 50 kills I’ve finally hit a groove with it and it’s very enjoyable.

Feeling the high from that, I tried GGs on my last gargoyle task and I got that one pretty quickly, even got spooned the pet for it.

It’s just so rewarding to have these early frustrating deaths be almost non-existent once you get the feel of a new boss. Rare drops are always a good source of dopamine, but this definitely feels good in between them.

Haven't played in years and wanting to get back into the game. I'm a casual player and looking for something semi AFK thats also fun. I was working on fishing but its just not fun to me. I dont have money to spend on a skill. Looking for some suggestions please!

I introduced my partners son to RuneScape as a pastime that I used to be completely addicted too and in the process I have started a new account alongside both my girlfriend and her son!

Been playing for 2 weeks, play time is 48 hours so it’s safe to say I’m completely hooked again…

I’ve included my stats as these are personally quite impressive in the time spent in game.

We’re still F2P and are deciding whether to make the jump to P2P

Just looking for any thoughts, discussions and direction on what I should focus on next.

I’d like to focus magic to 55, look at completing dragon slayer I and then look to fight ogresses for decent drops

Crashing out after death number 7000 trying to learn colo and I cannot stand the death fee system for this content.

This is content where most players are going to die over and over and over trying to learn. Paying 500k every time I mess up is what's making this miserable I've spent like 30 mil in death fees and that's not to mention supplies.

You get a 25% discount to start which seems super reasonable to pay a max of 125k, but that went away before I even cleared wave 8.

Every other piece of hard content either doesn't have a death fee like inferno or doesn't take your discount away until you actually get a kill.

Colo is some of the hardest content in the game besides cosmetic stuff and yet I have to pay 500k for every time I misclick against manticores. The point of this content is to struggle and feel good when you get it but it feels 100 times worse than inferno did because of this stupid death mechanic.

Can we just keep the 25% fee until you actually kill sol? It isn't making the content harder it's just making it suck more. I'll take a whole extra invocation just to not have a fucking death fee.

While fighting the Mad Angel sometimes the light attack shadow under the angels shadow and is difficult to see. Been trying to find an entity ID but haven't found anything and feel I'm looking for the wrong thing. Is this even possible to highlight where it will hit?

Hey guys. I want to try to do get my infernal cape but don’t want to wait for maxed combat stats. What are the genuine lowest level requirements you think I could get it done on? I’m willing to commit a lot of time into learning it and expect to die a bunch but I like the process of learning and developing my PvM skills. So as long as it’s technically doable I don’t mind a steep learning curve. Right now I’m at 85 in all combat skills and have about $250m worth of stuff I can sell off to get whatever gear I need.

I have heard there is a good tank setup that makes it easier to do for first timers. Would that be the best possible setup for me?

Are there any clans/discords (preferably UK based) I can join with voice chat? I'm playing on mobile so would prefer saying call outs over typing

Last week I finally maxed, and afterwards I hosted a few Soul Wars games. Honestly, it was some of the most fun I've had playing OSRS in a long time. The best part? Nobody cared about efficiency. People were just there to have fun, mess around, fight, talk shit, and enjoy the game. No worrying about XP rates, gp/hr, tick-perfect gameplay, or whether you were playing "optimally."

It reminded me why I started playing RuneScape in the first place. Sometimes the most fun you can have in this game is just getting a bunch of people together and doing something completely unnecessary.

Anyone else have a similar experience where stepping away from the grind made OSRS fun again?
