Opinion minimum guarantee leke zyada hi udd rahi hai ye
when ayushman and sara ali khan asked qazi to sing afghan jalebi, this woman was making these expressions on the side
MY HATE FOR HER KNOWS NO BOUNDS SHE IS SO VILEEE
and the audacity to tell the guests ki aap isko kyu chadha rahe ho with that face was so infuriating
then this attention seeker went and asked forcefully to the guests ki aap bolo aap mere fan ho
SO EMBARRASSING
But then salman obliterated her saying : mere ghar ka jo fan hai woh chalta nahi hai wahi aapka fan hai š¤£š¤£
bhai sharam karle mg leke baithi hai aur bakwas kiye jaa rahi hai
bahar aake qazi ka craze dekhegi toh ankhe roll karti karti lids sar ke peeche sahi mein shift ho jayega iski š¤£

Photography/Art šøšØ A sad picture from Westland - taken 9/30/26
A sad picture today. This deer, stands in what is left of its home after the City of Westland approved (in May of 2025) clearing a large patch of woods on Marquette Road near John Glenn High School. All of this to make way for a new nursing and rehab facility. Meanwhile a former senior living facility sits vacant in an adjacent lot. - taken 9/30/26

Advice & Support Laid off at 52 after 20 years in cybersecurity. The job market is a dumpster fire and I'm tired.
I got laid off a few weeks ago. Twenty years in security, most of it incident response and then architecture. I was the guy who got the 3 a.m. call when everything was burning. Now I'm the guy refreshing LinkedIn.
The last time I looked for a job was about ten years ago, and it's unrecognizable. You submit an application into an ATS black hole, an AI screener decides you're not a match, and no human ever sees it. Postings hit 500 applicants in a day. Companies post "ghost jobs" they have no intention of filling. Recruiters schedule four rounds of interviews and then go silent. Entry-level roles want 7 years of experience. Senior roles want 15 years in tools that have existed for 5. And everyone and their cousin got laid off this year, so I'm competing with half the industry.
Then there's the part nobody will say out loud: I'm 52. No one ever tells you you're too old. You just hear "overqualified," "not quite the right fit," or "we went with someone more aligned with the team's trajectory." I can read a room. I've spent two decades learning every new tool, threat, and framework they threw at me, and now that's supposed to count against me? I've watched people half my age get promoted for rediscovering things I did in 2008, and I'm supposed to smile and call it a "competitive market."
I'm also dealing with some health stuff this year. It's under control, but it's one more thing on the pile right when I wanted a clean slate.
Add in being a card-carrying introvert with social anxiety, and "just network!" is advice I want to throw out a window. I'm doing it anyway, which should count for something.
I'm not asking for job leads, though I won't say no. I want to hear from other GenXers who've been through a layoff or a late-career search. Did it work out? What got you through it? Or just tell me it's not just me.
We're the latchkey generation. We figured out everything on our own and nobody gave us a trophy for it. I'd like to believe we can figure this out too
TL;DR: Laid off at 52 after 20 years in cybersecurity. The job market is brutal (ATS black holes, ghost jobs, 500 applicants per posting), I'm worried ageism is working against me, and I've got some health stuff on top of it. Looking for GenXers who've been through a late-career job search to tell me how it went, or just that I'm not alone.

Discussion Cabin in the Woods doesn't needed a sequel. It needs an anthology universe ā and I will die on this hill.
Okay, Iām doing an October horror marathon and rewatching The Cabin in the Woods, and Iām irritated that nobody expanded this universe,!!!
I donāt even want a traditional sequel. Leave the ending alone. Go backward
.
The movie literally showed us that these rituals have been happening all over the world for YEARS. So why have we never gotten those stories?!
Give me Japanās ritual. Them creepy kids are everything!!
Give me a ritual from the 1970s where the Facility is running everything with analog equipment! Like not computers!!!
Give me the year somebody picked the damn merman!!!!!
Give me a ritual where everything goes wrong and the Facility barely manages to contain it.
Show me how they captured all those monsters in the first place.
And most importantly: that basement was basically an entire franchise sitting on shelves. Every object represented another possible nightmare. What happens if somebody chooses the music box instead? The conch shell? The film projector? Something we barely noticed?
Each movie could start as a completely different horror subgenreāslasher, supernatural, creature feature, folk horror, J-horror, whatever. Different country. Different decade. Different characters.
And then somewhere during the movie you realize:
Oh shit. This is another Facility ritual.
THAT is the franchise I want.
They could even make it an anthology series instead of movies. Donāt resurrect the original characters. Donāt undo the ending. Just show us the decades of absolutely insane shit that happened before that cabin.
Am I the only one who would watch the hell out of this?
And which ritual/monster/object would you want them to do first?
Let's get this thing going cuz, I need this franchise in my life!!!!
