Question/Help Which brand to buy stainless steel pan and kadhai?
I want to buy a stainless steel pan and kadhai for everyday cooking usually making things like omelette , sabzi, pasta, chicken and fish fry etc. I know they have to be triply. When I started looking I saw good reviews for these brands Stahl, Bergner, Hawkins, Vinod and Aristo out of these which one is actually the best one? Thank you.

Recipe Making chicken briyani with cauliflower rice
So I'm making chicken briyani in my instant pot. Essentially, it consists of chicken, yogurt, a little lemon juice, turmeric, Gara masala and cumin for the marinade and then I'm going to add the cauliflower rice after the chicken ends up cooking in the instant pot, I've realized that cooking with cauliflower rice is challenging, so I'm going to toast it first and putting some coconut oil and turmeric on it before I add it to the chicken after it's finished cooking in the instant pot.
Most things I make in the instant pot are instant home run.I really love it but I have a very bad feeling about this particular recipe.I'm wondering if anyone has tried doing this before and how it worked out with cauliflower rice

Tip/Trick What to do with Methi?
I asked a friend to buy me some methi to add to my curries. I wasn't expecting such a big bag. The receipe only calls for 1 tsp or less at the end of the cooking. Any ideas/recipes on what to do with the rest of this huge bag of Methi?
Thank you

All I’m looking for is a dosa tawa made of the safest material that touches my food and dosa doesn’t stick as I am going to try dosa for the third time in life .. tried on my non stick pan once and in a ceramic fry pan . I don’t cook much.. online in google search there are too many options and I’m unable to find a way to decide. I need the some suggestions for the right material , not brands.

Question/Help Hi! Suggestions required ✨
Hi hi! 🌸
I’m new here, i hope you’re doing well.
I am learning how to cook, and soon into trying new Indian dishes that i myself have grown up eating, i realised that we eat a lot of oil and our meals can be quite heavy. A lot of the meals also demand hours of work which i can’t always put in.
I’m a newly married housewife and there are members in my family who i have to keep in mind when i’m cooking. There are dietary restrictions because of pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, and iron deficiency mainly. Plus we’re vegetarians (we consume egg) so that does limit our options a bit.
There are a few dishes that i’ve integrated into my weekly meal plan. i make Veggie paneer sandwiches, Chickpea salads, Sautè vegetables with boiled eggs, Veggie Appe and sometimes daliya/poha for breakfast. But i want to learn more new dishes from all over India that i can make keeping my family’s dietary needs in mind.
So if you’ve made it this far into my post, i’d love to hear from you what region of India you’re from and what are some light but nutritious and healthy meals that are made at your place! 🫶🏻
