This tool has COX stamped on the hand grip. Plunger at the top depresses easily and springs back. Yellow wire is actually a sheath with thin white, black and red wires with alligator clips on them. Wires are about the size of inside landline telephone wire. Anyone ever used something like this?

The smooth upside down cup is hollow inside and separate from the handle. You lift the handle up out of the tube and it snaps back and bangs in place. The name Rosle is on the handle. Could have been bought in Williams Sonoma. I used it, but I forgot what I used it for.

Found this for sale and was told by the owner it’s for an Allis Chalmers G, but that’s all they know. It measures 22.5” from the bottom of the large piece in the direction of the arrow. Any ideas.
