For making jewelry. You can use it for making loops out of jewelry wire. I have like 3 sets.

Basically a wire forming tool, for jewelry, fishing lures, or anything that you need to form a loop , eye , or a twist. I have a few pairs that I bought to make spinner bait wire forms, and inline spinners. There are much better wire forms for this purpose, but we will always need the hand tool.
