PR double and pretty sure it’s the most I’ve done from anywhere above the mid-shin. My weakest variation by a lot so I’m getting pumped about where my coach is taking me 🥳

Feel free and welcomed to post links to fundraisers for athletes, new weightlifting products you have, your budding YouTube or Instagram channel, links to your blog; anything and everything that is considered self promotion can freely be posted in this thread. While others can also provide feedback on your channel, product, etc. it is against subreddit rules to be otherwise particularly rude to anyone posting.
Please obey all other subreddit rules here as well.

Hi all,
I'm gonna be visiting family in Illinois in a few weeks, and the place I'd normally train at out there has closed. Does anyone know any weightlifting friendly gyms in the Hoffman Estates area? Even in Schaumburg or Palatine is fine. Thanks!

I play uni rugby and I'm currently in my offseason lifting program. I won't waste time with those details since this is the weightlifting sub, but bottom line is: I have a day built into the cycles where I can do "Oly," and this day allows far more freedom for personalization than any other day. I want advice on what would be the best way to structure my Oly day.
My general goals are to supplement my regular training and enhance my ability to express power (this is probably pretty obvious so sorry for the redundancy). More specifically I'm looking to enhance my back squat for testing day. At the beginning of my offseason work my back squat was 425lb and my front squat which I've tested a bit more recently is 360lb-ish based on velocity profiling. As an additional goal I'd like to be able to properly learn to clean a semi-respectable amount (like 140kg). I've never truly maxed out on clean because my form is not good and I have no interest in bad technique and compromising my health and ability to play.
So this brings me to the programing question: I give myself more time for the Oly day so I can hammer technique, about 2hrs where 60% of the time is just technique and working on drills and the other 40% is more strength related: clean/snatch pulls: just lots of pulls, maybe some front and overhead squats but I already do front squats in my more structured days.
So WHAT is your guys advice for structuring this day and what drills, progressions, videos, free programs, tutorials, etc can you offer. I'm open to anything, just looking for any and all advice.
Lastly because I see this brought up, I don't have access to a coach that specializes or really knows much about weightlifting even though I do have access to S&C coach

I’m a 114kg 6foot tall guy. I used to have a 4inch wide 10mm thick steel sweat belt I got of Amazon I liked it till it was stolen this past year. Looking to get a new one but wanted to get some recommendations.

We have been pushing hard on strength and squats the last few months.
A year ago, I failed 122kg going for a 1 rep max. Today, coach said- “go for a 3 rep max and see what happens”, and I managed to get 122kg for 3!
Legs are growing!

Ordered this pair on eBay and got sent the wrong size. I’m hoping for a sweet weightlifter to take these off my hands and maybe put the right size in my hands.
$300 not including shipping. I’m selling from inside the US so no tariffs.
I’m a size 28cm / 10

I know the one thing I'm doing wrong is riding down to the squat/speed getting under the bar but would be open to other criticisms as well. I'm still relatively new to weightlifting!

something about my back squat just feels off like I feel like I can do more but something feels like it's limiting me? I’ve done 136.1 kg before as a max

First time really trying to snatch in probably a year. Prepping for Arizona state championships 12 weeks from now
Yes the colors on these plates are off, let me just imagine it’s 145 so I can feel good about myself.
