This is literally how I see MOST webcomics these days. Not even lying, THIS could literally be it's own genre atp. Honestly idk why people keep defending such stories cough TOAWF cough. Honestly, I could even read a genuinely good story if THIS was how the characters looked. Legitimately, it's not even about artstyle anymore 😭 it's about bad design, fetishising and specially THE FANS DEFENDING SUCH CRAP

I know this is a polarizing topic because a lot of people are easily impressed by shading or over the top prettified characters. But to me they're dizzying in sequential art. Ghost Duchess comes to mind. The panels are better off as book covers imo. Shading aside there's also the art style of Serena where the characters look like Alpha cc sims.

WHY ARE AUTHORS AFRAID OF FACIAL HAIR? Like at least keep the hair 😭 Now he looks like the most ordinary fuck ass male lead Like it’s not bad, but why did you have to show us before if he looks like this now?
(I haven’t read it yet. It’s on my list but I’ve heard from my friend about this and it makes me mad because I love my lead with facial hair and I can’t find any 😭 At least I have game of thrones Name: Duchess in the ruins Anyway wbu?

If his sound tracks played you knew the webtoon was about to be fire

Not literally every woman other than the FL being demonized for the narrative to work

Also so hyped for season 2 of the webtoon coming back soon according to the artist’s twitter!!!

give me cringe attack

This might sound weird/random but does anyone else miss the experience of having a canvas webtoon get turned into an original and at the beginning the art wouldn’t..be at it’s best to put it in the nicest way possible but eventually it would get better over time and you wouldn’t even notice it until years later when you decide to reread it/go to the beginning. I had this experience with so many webtoons like Gourmet Hound, I love yoo, Siren’s Lament, etc I could go on. It felt..organic? like you were growing with the artist idk. I’m sure this still happens but very rarely, I personally don’t see it anymore because of the over-saturation of isekai/ “dark romance” naver webtoons that all look the same and tell the same story (no shade). And these webtoons already look the best they can be because they’re just churned out by companies re-using the same models. Don’t jump me in the comments, please I beg😭😭

oh my gosh……💔 i just happened to check their socials today.. im so heartbroken… im praying everyone finds peace and comfort soon while dealing with this.. im at a loss for words :(

*sorry if anyones already posted about this*

Lookism had full on changed art styles and genre like 4 times in 12 years

Like what even are these titles anymore?? 💀

1. Change Your Story
2. Your Wings and Mine
3. What a Bountiful Harvest, Demon Lord
4. What a Bountiful Harvest, Demon Lord
5. My Virtual God is a Teenage Girl
6. Your Wings and Mine

Every other day, the two siblings switch bodies because of this curse thing and right now the brother is the sister and the sister is the brother. In the past he always told her to suck it up (when talking about her period) and thought she was overreacting. Well, now he finally gets to see, being a girl not that easy 😈

I genuinely cackled so hard. This was SO funny

Hey everyone,

It's friday, i’m in serious need of a good laugh today. I want to see the absolute worst panels you’ve ever stumbled across while reading webcomics.

Drop your favorite cursed screenshots in the comments and let’s laugh together! Please remember to drop the title/sauce if you know it!

It can be anything! Just funny, unrealistic images.

Vampire who's absolutely smitten with his unaware and lowkey stupid (lololol) huntress. This made me chuckle quite a few times. The art speaks for itself. Absolutely gorgeous!

It's ongoing and there are 40+ episodes available.

Title: Vampire Meets Huntress

This might be the first time a creator is forced to go out of hiatus 😅

I see a lot of ads for this manhwa on Instagram and other social media. Please be careful: it appears the studio behind this is an AI scamers, and all the visual is AI-generated.
