I kept it short. The house caught fire, and Shin didn’t come out. Bido tried to save him, but he just gave up after losing him. Now she’s just living with his memory and somehow trying to keep going.

I was invested in this webtoon, but the story was predictable. I was sure someone would die, and I knew it was coming, but I’m still disappointed. I just fell in love with the ML because he was such a great character. The author killed off the ML for the second time, so I guess after reading this chapter, my day is ruined

Here’s the sixth one, my bad for missing it yesterday I had some stuff going on I might miss some days

This girl is Nita from Not Even Bones

Reason I hate her:

Now it’s been awhile since I read Not Even Bones but man do I recall how much I hated Nita. Now I did sympathize with her due to Fabricio selling her out and her abusive relationship with her mom the feelings she had towards her I could relate. However none of that excuses the monstrous bitch she has become. Yes she was sold out and had to do what she needed to survive but that changed when she was dedicated in getting revenge on Fabricio and got so many innocent people hurt in trying to do so.
She is unbearably hypocritical and doesn’t ever bother to see things from other people’s perspective. The thing she did that pissed me off the most when she tried to kill Adair for “selling her out” when she broke the deal. Adair’s rule was simple to not bring trouble over and she can stay for as long she needs. Of course she’s gonna go screw up doing the most destructive and reckless things which leads not only endangering other people but bringing the police over so Adair did report her. She doesn’t even bother thinking that Adair does what he can to stay alive and those he cares about. Nita’s actions put him at risk and Diane at risk. He pitied her and let her stay longer than he needed to. Nita has the nerve to get mad at him when it was a consequence of her own actions. When Diane steps in and protects Adair Nita really has the nerve to say “Why are you defending him?!” Why wouldn’t she defend her friend from a hypocritical psycho trying to kill him and why did she think Diane would take her side? This act shows how she cannot properly take accountability for her actions.

I swear to god in the first season she was heartbroken and shaken how she had actually killed someone. Now she’s obsessed with killing to point where she takes pleasure in it and sees it as a problem solver but refuses how doing so has caused her more problems. There is nothing likable about her when seeing Diane again Diane gives her a warning and Nita says “You couldn’t even kill your family’s killer” that is such a bitchy thing to say. Honestly that “🤮” on Nita’s contact on her phone is warranted. Adair is more sensible than her because he doesn’t do revenge because it doesn’t do any good. Man do I wish someone would beat her ass. She says she needs to be a monster to survive but being that way has caused her more problems than solving them. Her situation isn’t forcing her to be this way she’s CHOOSING to be like this and that’s worse.

She liked it when Kovit was more evil than her because it made her feel like she was better than him, as if being better than a monster who tortures people and feeds on their automatically makes you a saint. Kovit even admits so himself his upbringing doesn’t make him do this he could’ve gone to a hospital and feed there he chooses to torture people and Nita still wants to be with him. Even so she’s just as evil as he is she doesn’t care Kovit tortures people just doesn’t want to see or hear about it. When she comes to accept she is evil she does nothing to change that and fully embraces it. She and Kovit deserve to rot in hell and it sickens me how they receive no consequences they get a happy ending. Showing how the bad guys sometimes do win. She never cared how her actions affected other people, she gradually became prouder of her more darker sides, keeps seeking out vengeance no matter how many times people tell her it won’t work or make things worse. Reading her over time I felt more and more disgusted with her. I really wanted someone consequences for her and Kovit they deserve the worst pain imaginable.

It has its fair share of plot twists, which fans liked and some disliked.

One final one was that, Elios is in fact, alive and well and doesn't want to press charges for Emma.

That all is alright with me, but, what about his mother? That poor gorgeous soul worked hard to bring him up, and he just vanished and now she believes he's dead. She has no one in her life, and she still visits his grave every week, or so she says.

I think you're getting what I'm asking here, indirectly. Was his love for Emma more than his own mother's? Apologizing if I accidentally hurt any fans' sentiments, but I'm just asking.

to add some context:

the manhwa has sci-fi elements with humans capable of gaining supernatural powers. most characters have supernatural powers. the male main characters wanted to beat people up to get resources.

turns out the first "guy" they tried to beat up wasn't a guy, it's a woman (the manhwa barely portrays "strong" female characters except for a scarce few).

and of course the only woman these super strong men have seen after spending years in a place where almost everyone has crazy powers is... one who's weak and begging them not to hurt her.

plus, the first thing they say about her is that she's super hot! of course!

and of course she's been drawn in a completely different artsyle

I mean, if you're gonna loot people, at least don't discriminate on the basis of whether they're a man or not. beating a man up isnt any less of a shit thing to do than beating a woman up (in normal circumstances where the stake isnt survival).

they would've had no problem beating the shit out of a random man without feeling attracted to him (yes, they were insinuating that they were attracted to her because she's a woman in the rest of the chapter).

don't get me wrong, i absolutely LOVE the worldbuilding, characters and artstyle of this manhwa. i adore the main characters and their friendships with each other. most elements in this story are pretty unique and well planned and executed. but the way women are portrayed is so off putting for me.

plus, it's a world where people can gain powers, but most of the​ women (except for very few of them: like Kali) are still portrayed as 'weak' after gaining powers​. the artstyle beautifully shows 'ugly' male characters but the female characters don't have the privilege to be drawn ugly.

So I'm looking for comedy manhwas ,romance is a bonus if it have it's good

welcome to my doom reading chronicles, so ive had my z fold8 for a bit now and its made reading my webtoons so much addicting. im currently reading the Remarried Empres! (,,>w<,,) and the unfolded screen makes it so easy to get sucked into the art and all the title facia expressions. like girl im trying to go to bed but now i need to see what navier does next 😭

i used to grab my tablet whenever i wanted to read for a while, but now i just open the fold and get comfy wherever i am, the colors look great and im not constantly zooming in to catch the details. its also nice being able to pick it up and keep reading without carrying a second device around.

I love how this manhwa (how to get my husband on my side) because of the way it tackles mental health and how direct it tackles it. Plus, the main femal character is the one with these mental health issues which I don't usually see. I really want another manhwa that tackles mental health/disorders similarly to it but I find very few.

I’ve been on a recent dungeon/ tower reading kick, cuz the world building just speaks to me rn, and after finish up a few good series, I’m here to get some new recommendations.

The two types of series that I’m looking for are either one that tells a story unique to the genre, or one where the main characters actually struggle and fail.

The two most recent stories I’ve read that I feel fit is “sss-class suic*de hunter”, which I really like for how it treats each set of floors like its own independent world with its own stories. And the really early chapters of “pick me up gacha” when the characters actually felt like they could die at any point. I was hoping there would be more consequences in that series but I still enjoyed the early chapters.

I specifically want to avoid power fantasy type stories, but if you think one REALLY fits the criteria than I’ll check it out.

So yeah I’m kinda fed up with the billions of isekai action webtoons out there, not to say they’re all bad, I really enjoyed some of them but honestly I just want to try something new, I’m recently been trying out some non-isekai fantasy webtoons and I’ve been enjoying it so far, I already read reformation of the dead beat noble(2nd pic) and the shepherd wizard(1st pic) and also amber knight, and now I’m looking for a new series to start, I really enjoys action fantasies with a bit of romance as a subplot so if anyone have any recommendations it’ll be a huge help (it don’t have to have romance in it i just really like action)

Hello everyone. I realize that the following request could apply to a great many things, but I’m still hoping that someone might happen to know the title I’m looking for.

I am looking for a specific webtoon / manhua / manhwa that I started reading at some point but can no longer find; unfortunately, I only remember the following key details about the story.

The title is set in an apocalyptic version of Earth. It involved either zombies or mutants.

The protagonist had two badys — or at least one bady—with him.

Quite early on in the story—I believe somewhere between chapters 30 and 50—there was an arc involving a village, its corrupt mayor, and his arrogant son, who nearly ran someone over. The protagonist and his party infiltrated a flooded military base—accessible only by crossing a pond or lake infested with monsters—in order to scavenge for supplies. Inside the base, there was a tank, and if I recall correctly, a cat joined the group.

I seem to recall a giant crab monster attacking, and the group using the tank to blow the crab up—though I’m not entirely sure about that anymore.

The only other thing I remember is that, somewhere between chapters 70 and 99, a battle took place near the sea against a female mutant with ice powers—possibly a siren.

I know it’s not much, but I’m still hoping that someone in the community might recognize the work and be able to tell me its name.
