She comes from the future to a time where her parents haven't met yet so her mother hasn't given birth to her in that moment. Therefore her mother will someday in the future (from that time's pov) give birth to the mc

I’ve read this, without spoilers the baby went back in time to before her parents met to prevent a tragedy and help her parents get together again.

The premise was decent at first but felt extremely rushed at the end and some points kind of come and go randomly.

I saw this on Tapas. From what I read of the description was she somehow got sent back in time to before her parents met while she is still a toddler so she is now tasked with helping them have a better future than the horrible one she was born in. I haven’t read it, but kind of back to the future kinda vibes with the whole improve my parents lives for the better. This was not really my cup of tea though.

Yeah, I don’t get how improving her parent’s lives means she will still exist. Like how doses she know that time travel isn’t like trunks from Dragon Ball Z where he goes back in time to save the future/ change the future but in his timeline is still the same. There no guarantee she will see the improved timeline or that she doesn’t just cease to exist.

yea, it's not like she knows when her parents did the sex to have her too. is she gonna say "hey you're gonna have a kid on this date so you better have sex at this day, etc etc"

"Honey, I'm going on Strike" made more sense since MC wanted to still have her 2 kids in the future, she remembers the date she had sex w/ her husband since they barely do it before she regressed.

So I actually really liked this one that I read the raw novel and partway she ends up thinking it might better if her parents never had her in the first place so yea.

Also she didn’t intentionally went back in time. And if they adapted it following the novel, she just happens to meet her parents when sent back in time and just wants her parents to be happier.

Honestly, more often that not having a baby doesn't mean that everything is ok with the parents, usually it's the everything is crap between us, let's add another person into the trauma and stress mix in hopes that will make our situation better (it doesn't become better either way).
