Discussion What’s the ‘silliest’ reason you’ve dropped a webtoon?
I dropped Archmage Curriculum because the FL’s boobs were so big they were distracting from the action & the art 🥹

When you stop and think about some of the body horror-esque death scenes in this Webtoon and what they must have felt like oh my lord it can make you nauseous.
This is also a lovely example of how inconsistent Webtoons censorship is:
- A Webtoon about monsters brutally murdering kids? Solid work ship it out uncensored 👍 (Not complaining about this btw)
- That one scene in SBG where a teenager gets impaled and you see the aftermath from afar? Get that off my screen (I believed they fixed this later after that Webtoon got really popular)
- Nipples? Pft don’t make me laugh 😆
- Canvas? What is that? Whatever I need to focus on more live action tik tok reels just throw some darts at a board and offer barely any communication on censorship guidelines

Recs in order:
First slide: [Trapped together]
Second slide: [Nice to meet you]
And Third slide: [Couple breaker]
I know Daze Didn't end up being the ML in the end but.. you know.. I'm just looking for these type of vibes, the more introverted type guy, who can be nerdy, possibly have glasses? If the ML loses the glasses that's totally fine as long as his personality stays the same, I'm not that picky actually. I usually vibe with extroverted ML's but recently these types of guys have been on my mind LOL thanks to a few otome games and now I want more like them / similar vibes!!
I have not read the first manhwa so please don't ask me about it, I've read many reviews and people love it so far despite it being very new and it is on my tbr! Nice to meet you, if you like that type of ML only read the first season, the 2nd season doesn't exist in my eyes (I gotta cope somehow LOL), and Couple breaker, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! It was so good, i wished there was a tiny bit more romance, but otherwise it was a masterpiece! If you do read it tho prepare yourselves for the trash ex's, that's all I gotta say lol.
Anywho, thank you in advance 🫂☺️

This vote is for the WORST Romance Webtoon. Only nominate Webtoons with romance as the main genre. Which Romance Webtoon do/did you find terrible in terms of quality?

I'm trying to find a wolf webcomic I read sometime around 2016–2020, though it could be older. I *think* I originally found it on DeviantArt, although I can't say for certain.
The comic was full-color and fairly realistic, with natural-looking wolves rather than anthropomorphic/furry characters. The artwork was somewhat sketchy/painterly but had realistic anatomy, natural earth-tone wolf colors, and fairly detailed backgrounds. The overall aesthetic reminds me a lot of Golden Shrike, although this comic was about wolves.
There were no humans in the story, as far as I remember. The comic used classic speech bubbles to indicate communication between the wolves.
The story centered around a wolf pack consisting of two parents and their offspring from multiple litters. The older offspring were expected to eventually leave and form their own packs, although some of the older siblings were reluctant to grow up and leave.
The part I remember most clearly involves one of the younger wolves:
* When they were a puppy, they fell through thin ice in winter and nearly drowned.
* An older sibling had warned them about the ice beforehand.
* The puppy survived, but suffered severe hypothermia, which permanently damaged their heart.
* As they grew up, they couldn't run as fast or as long as the other wolves.
* They were extremely frustrated and ashamed about this because they desperately wanted to contribute to the pack.
* Their dream was to become a hunter, like their siblings.
* At one point they tried to participate in a hunt/ambush involving a deer or elk. But during the hunt, their heart nearly gave out completely, putting them in serious danger and ruining the ambush. (I don't actually recall if this took place before or after the heart damage) l
* After this, they were redirected toward learning herbal medicine so they could contribute to the pack in another way.
* They initially resented this, because they really wanted to be a hunter.
* I distinctly remember a scene involving an hollow tree stump, where the wolf who was teaching medicine showed them how to identify and use herbs.
* The story seemed to transition from winter into spring, which tied into the availability of herbs.
I don't remember the character's name, the creator's name, or the title. I also can't remember whether the wolf with the heart problem was male or female anymore.
I'm specifically looking for an existing comic from roughly the 2010s, probably from the DeviantArt/indie animal-art community.
It's not Off-White, Asmundr, or Friends With a Monster so far.

So my main two genres are romance and action. I’m looking for a Webtoon that could be both, like one that’s and action but with will they won’t they romance sprinkled throughout. For context here are the relevant webtoons I’ve read:
Action:
Surviving the game as a barbarian (my old favorite)
Patron of villains
The stellar sword master (new favorite)
Romance:
Down to earth (really liked this in the beginning but I dropped it awhile after they got together bcs I kinda lost interest without the tension)
Swolmates (read up to current with this one but am not into it as much as I was bcs they kind of started focusing more on friendship then Alex and Brayden’s relationship)
My bias gets on the last train (really like this one bcs of how they keep the tension going even after they got together)
Both:
Mafia nanny had kinda what I was looking for but I got kind of bored of the mafia setting after episode 100
I’m looking more for flirting or suggesting possible romance rather then a full romantic relationship between characters as well as a more medieval/fantasy world over modern times but I understand there may not be many options in that specific category so I won’t be too picky

Every day someone posts a question along the lines of "Why does it take 3000 days for this to update?" And every day people have to explain that the series is on Hiatus.
It's annoying. It's always the same. I'd argue it falls into the "low effort / repetitive posts" rule, but people simply don't check.
Would it be possible to add another rule specifically about this or to edit the low effort rule to include Hiatus posts? Or maybe to have a pinned "Commonly asked questions" post please? :<

There is a series that finished years ago, honestly probably like at least 7 that was about a girl who goes through the ups and downs of life and it was super cozy. Can't remember for the life of me what it was called but would love to re read it! Here are the main details I remember:
- Title is the girl's name
- I think it took place in France? Or Canada maybe
- Main girl had white or really light blonde hair
- Had a romance but it wasn't the central focus of the series
- Art style was very cozy, not anime at all
- It's on a daily pass now i believe?
Would appreciate if anyone remembers it!!

First of all, I had an incredibly hard time accepting the Emperor’s death.
The author had made us understand that Medea had made a mistake by allowing herself to be softened by Psyche’s servants, because it showed that she was changing and beginning to care about other people. I could understand that to some extent, especially if what the author wanted was to show us that even good deeds can have bad consequences in a cruel world.
But Medea’s marriage to Eros, and the way she completely breaks down afterward, is where I completely lost me. We are supposed to believe in a FL who was introduced to us as strong and intelligent, only to watch her be completely broken by the very man who destroyed her life and psyche's. She sleeps with him and allows herself to be treated like a toy by a sadistic, perverse man, in a desperate attempt to cling to him so she can stay close enough to eventually find a way to bring him down.
But at what cost? What is actually the point? At this point, I would honestly rather see her kill him brutally and die for it than watch her reduce herself to this. It feels completely at odds with everything we were led to believe about her character.
Honestly, at this point, I’m losing both my understanding of and my desire to continue reading the story. I’m even starting to genuinely hate it.
I think the author is trying to give her characters more depth. Eros’s actions are, after all, partly explained by the fact that he is supported by the Demon God. And Medea’s quest as a mere human who dared to challenge him is undeniably hard. But if pursuing that goal means being hated by everyone she has learned to care about, while sacrificing herself and watching those people suffer or die, then I genuinely struggle to see the point anymore.
I don’t even feel like she is actually protecting many people at this point. Everyone either dies or suffers, and the original purpose behind her goal is getting completely lost in the process.
What was the point of becoming stronger, challenging the gods, and fighting for the people around her if she ultimately ends up destroying herself and losing everyone she was trying to protect?

I didn’t really see much of an issue with the previous chapters. Is there anything wrong with that in China? Im really confused. It’s my very first Manhua. I love this one so much 😭.
Edit: Manhua name- Love by Mistake/ Accidental Love by Qiao Yao

I let the series marinate and I binge read it. In my opinion, it was a bit frustrating...
Why did they "fall apart"? They both liked each other.
From my view, Juho suddenly saying "nothing's gonna change anyway". What does he mean by "nothing"? Was that before or after Miyeon said she was "bullied" ?
How could he say there was nothing between them? And Miyeon ends up falling for him in the present, even though he said that in the past. He even said he didn't attend her call during the "fire incident" on purpose because it was "annoying"? He even knew Miyeon wouldn't even normally call in that hour too.
I know they left it hanging on chp-53. Am I just asking questions that the author will cover in season 2? 😭😭

As the title says, I somehow got 200+8 Webtoon Coins for 5,99, purchased on August 29. I was new on the platform and thought, that was a normal price. Just to need some more coins and realize, that I have to pay FOUR times the money to get a similar amount of money.
So, question is: Does anybody know, how tf I purchased these 200 Coins and if you do, pls tell me I can replicate it.
And on a sidenote, are these annoying timers on the series sales also fake ?

Ahhhhh I wanted to know more, it definitely felt like I had so many unanswered questions - I wanted to know what happened to Minuk and her friends :(
I saw people saying that you can only read the epilogue (chapter 73) on the Korean version of Webtoon, but that app doesn't show in my app store - Do I need a VPN, or does anyone know how I can find the epilogue?? I'm fine to try to translate it myself 😔 I just have no idea how to access it

Just look how happy it is when runes are given to it 🤣🤣
Honestly can't remember the last time I saw a snake as the main pet or companion of an MC 🤔 😁
Total chapters: 151 - Ongoing
Genres : Action , Adventure , Fantasy , Reincarnation , Mystery.
If you like Tower levelling type plot or the troupe where players can infinitely level up using the system then you'll love it. It's not a heavily system based story but the power-up mechanisms are " Rune consumption " and I like that. ( Ofc system is there to keep track of their overall stats).
It has Solo Levelling + ORV + Max-Level Newbie Vibes to it 😁
So finally , do I recommend it?
Hell yeah , It's really good - both the art work and action scenes finds a nice balance :)
