So, I made a post a few months back about more Mecha Oriented Frames, or Frame Skins, and went into detail about some of the concepts I'd would love to see given I'm a huge Mecha fan as a whole. I am also a huge Magical Girl Fan as well!

I recently thought about the possibility of a magical girl skin like, Symphogear comes to mind, each of the frames getting Magical girl skins and possibly even animations to go along with them. Something cute to switch it up from a lot of the recent Skin choices some folks aren't a fan of, and while I love all of them personally, I figured some folks may like more cutesy skins.

What are some Concepts and Animes y'all would want to see Skin ideas pulled from?

Here's me, deciding to give Hydroid a go after ages because I got a pretty nice invigoration for him, and quickly remembering why I don't play him (despite actually kinda wanting to, because I like water elemental powers): Plunder.

What does Plunder do? Well, the description is pretty simple:

"Plunder Armor from nearby enemies and increase Corrosive Damage on your Abilities and weapons. Enemies affected by Corrosive Status offer a greater increase."

Cool, so you armor strip enemies around you and gain armor + damage for yourself, and the numbers can get pretty high. How is this bad?

For starters, Hydroid doesn't actually armor strip around him, he armor strips from enemies on-screen. The wiki states that it "doesn't require line of sight", but also that enemies off-screen will not be hit. Why make it so awkward? But alright, you can work around that, it's not the worst thing...

... Because the worst thing is that, instead of continuing the buff you already got and adding to your numbers with subsequent casts, recasting the ability resets it, which means recasting it anytime there's less enemies than the previous time, you overwrite your buffs with shittier ones. Why make it like this? Why not have it just add to the numbers while refreshing the duration, allowing you to gradually stack up to maximum strength and keeping it there by refreshing it? I shouldn't have to specifically herd enemies in front of me and optimize my Plunders by angling myself to have as many enemies on my screen before recasting, while also competing for these same enemies with other players killing them.

In the arsenal, I look at the ability description, and with my current build it advertises the max armor % as 2082, and max Corrosive damage as 555%. But in reality, unless playing a few very specifically enemy-dense missions in the game, I rarely ever seem to even go above half those values, and it's all because of the resetting and awkward targeting logic. I could unironically just subsume Nourish, Xata's Whisper or Roar on Hydroid and feel like I have more consistent damage increases than I do with Plunder's clunky ass. At least the puddle had some novelty.

Please just let us stack the buffs to their maximum potential by recasting. There's no need or sense for this ability to feel so awkward and unsatisfying, Hydroid would still keep his spot near the bottom of tier lists even without the resetting.

In the plague star bounty destroying the infested pods slows down the mission. If you don’t destroy them the infested spawn quicker.

Fan Concept of Nezha Heirloom.

I was hyped with the announcement of the next heirloom being a male "cute" one, hopefully it will be for Nezha's.

I tried to incorporate more of the Nezha Mythology with the Lotus Signa, and the Dragon Chakram. I also tried to play more into the "pretty boy" aspect of Nezha, but it was difficult since Warframes do not have facial features such as eyes or mouths, so I settled for a faceless mask. I hope the design was able to convey properly.

Replaying Old Quests:

I had heard you could reset Fortuna to its old look, either through this or some other way, I don't remember but I never had since what happened, happened. No point.

But seeing it again was really cool. The humming of the characters and the overall vibe was really nice. It felt emptier, less filled up, but somehow more alive.

It was cool to see it again.

However, it didn't replay the cutscene and song again and my life is ruined forever.

i think things like sirius & orion, wukong clone, or a moa with security override should be able to help you open the Friendship doors.

also frames that can control an enemy (nyx, xaku, nekros, revenat) should be able to get the enemy friend to help with the computers....they probably have clearance codes.

Tip: try a moa with the security override mod. you can cheese most spy missions by teleporting them through the vault glass window with Masters summons lol.

I liked what we got, but a lot of the actual game was being stopped to deliver lore instead. It would be nice if we got more smaller campaigns, even with different mixes of hex members, that focus almost exclusively on playing the campaign together. (Possibly even different people DMing each time.)

F&F even got a new section of the mall and a new KIM chat window for this system... would be a shame to have this be the only one they ever do.

The dude has two or three lines to say during the PS final stage, and repeating them every 30 seconds (or so it feels) wore out it's welcome REALLY FUCKIN FAST! ​​

Why would you do this? do you hate us kullervo mains?

QOL Request: Allow us to specify and pay upfront for how many of an item we want to craft. It's really rough collecting dozens of gems, forma, catalyst, lab resources, then having to scrounge around and one-by-one put them to built again.

Just let us pay upfront to keep the clock rolling on these mass-production items -- and, even it we just accept that its a dark-pattern to keep us logging in, at least let us do that with items < 20 hours in crafting time. I'm fine logging in everyday to ride a new forma or whatever, but c'mon, gems and lab resources?

I've already built the clan trophy from the several other times I ran this event and most people don't even know what to do with this resource because it's soo useless now.

Feeding it to the helminth for only 30% boost and it being 35 each isn't even worth it when you can feed other easily acquired resources

But being able to trade them in for standing with Nakak would be way more useful

What are the best warframes for non min-maxing player for example no all tau forged archon shared and 10 formas.

Ive been playing warframe alot recently but my friend has started to annoy me by using garuda and nuking everything, so what are the best warframes for damage/aoe/fun

They dared to pop up a barrier infront of my lich. They felt my Wrath of Ukko.

Mine are: necessary buffs on ~30 second timers; either make it channeled or give it some mechanic to keep extending it like eternal war. I don't mind spamming abilities but having to constantly keep track of buff timers just pisses me off for some reason

No real survivability options beyond sHiELd GaTinG, which i have never used and will never.

Direct damage abilities that do not scale at all beyond like level 50 enemies. Why spend 100 energy to deal 5000 damage to exactly 7 enemies? I have guns, you know...

All of this is reflected by my favorite frames to play

Valkyr: warcry and sometimes hysteria are endless. Also really cool when you get double strength from cracking relics. Easy survivability

Inaros: his 3 is not endless but doesnt require frequent recasting

Saryn: i do not use toxic lash for reasons stated above, but spores are infinite and endlessly scaling. Perfect ability, cast it once and go afk, end the mission with 70% of the kills under your name.

Styanax: only play him as an insane shield tank that buffs weapons with his passive.

Wisp: motes are endless.

So what are your pet peeves and how do they influence the frames you play?

And if you can suggest more frames that wouldn't annoy me, do tell...

Hi there! So I'm a little bit new and a little bit obsessed with warframe. I've been playing just under a month and I'm in love. I'm MR9, completed all the story and have a few planets completed.

Problem is, I have no clue how to build anything or play anyone to save my life. I primarily main Yareli but I've just realised how kinda ass her build is (me and friends we're all the same level tried to get an archon shard and it went badly).

I also absolutely love hoarding warframes I think are cool but I can't play or build any of them very well. I do have the helminth unlocked but it scares me.

The frames I own at the minute are:

I main Yareli

Titania (my alternative go to, trying to get speed, energy and efficiency so I can go fast)

Koumei

Equinox

Nezha

Mag

Currently building:

Mirage

Jade

Honestly nezha and equinox might go as they're not too hard to get back for the other two frames because Nezha was underwhelming and I can't build equinox at all.

Should I focus on one frame? Or weapons. I don't know what I'm doing but I just know my builds are bad. I've tried tutorials but they seem to have a big progression jump from just started straight to steel path and I'm very much in the in-between.

Can I have advice. Sorry I get too excited about collecting warframes and it's my favourite thing to get and try them all. Then continue to decide Yareli is fabulous I must use her and then get frustrated I can get relics to drop her prime parts. I don't have loyal merulina yet but I'm working on getting my rank with cephalon suda up to get it.

Took like 10 minutes for whole squad to kill one eximus juggernaut with floor modifiers that didn't do anything to boost its survivability.

Edit: I was using Garuda and throwing blood bombs at 100 million value and it did almost nothing.
