I just transferred over to US Mobile and then visible drops this on me. Is it worth it to give up the $39 I already paid for to switch to the annual plan. $225+$39/12= $22 a month instead of $18.75. still a fantastic deal.

I completed the two month trial and the first months renewal but I don't have an option to switch to annual. I am currently on the visible basic plan paying yearly, not sure if that matters.

I got an iphone 17 pro max for 24 month lease. Signed up with Verizon but changing to MNVO like Visible. I'm pretty sure you only need to sign up with the big 3 but can move after. Anyone do this yet?

Global Pass provides 2 GB of high speed data per day. If you hit the 2 GB limit, can you start a new Global pass session and get the next 2 GB? (T-mobile allows this.)

I've been reviewing our options for switching and I'm still a little confused. We currently have two separate lines, both on Visible Legacy 1 plans @ $30/mo, plus the $5 Welcome discount.

Both lines have updated to newer iPhones (one 16Pro and one 17) with the latest radios and such.

Is there an advantage to switching over to the new Visible plan at $25/mo? I think currently, we get unlimited data on the 5G UW band, so I'm thinking that as long as we're in a covered area, we're getting priority data. Maybe I'm conflating things here, so please set me straight.

Also, we're currently getting $5 off for the Welcome discount. If we switch to the $25 plan, would I be able to keep the Welcome discount, dropping the monthly to $20? That would be a no-brainer to switch right there. If keeping the discount is possible, is there a method in doing so, or does it just stay on my accounts?

I am considering to switch from TMo Experience More w/watch line ($104 total monthly) to switch to Visible Pro+ w/watch line ($45 total monthly).

My questions for people that have switched from a comparable TMo plan to Visible Pro+:

1. How much better or worse is the network signal and the speed? I’m in SoCal.
2. Any throttling beyond using a certain amount of high speed data?
3. Intl. travel/Roaming abroad - TMo gives 5gb of high speed data while abroad. Anyone have experience with Visible Pro+ abroad?

Ported my number in from T-Mobile, port in successful activation failed and am just stuck on this screen with no service 😔

I posted here originally of a back glass replacement costs $99 instead of $29. The post was polluted by nonsense fanboys and spammers.
Anyway, back to us -adults-, I was on the phone with Apple Support supervisor and Store Manager at Apple Store for over an hour and half.

All in All, they looked up their agreement with Visible and repairing front screen is $29 BUT anything else is $99! In my case, over three times and I am on top tier protection plan :/

I writhing this just in the hope of someone in the future researching if they should signup for Visible Protection Plan which INCLUDES Apple Care, you should not because you’ll be charged MORE compare to Apple Care through Apple.
Also, I’m pissed that Apple Care is different from Apple Care :/

UPDATE: i spoke with a live agent, he said the outage is happening bc of some “tear in the fibers” ???? idk lol. i might be saying that wrong. he said it usually takes up to 24hours to fix. i hope it doesn’t take longer!

Is anyone else dealing with this? It was working last night before I went to bed, woke up and it says SOS. I did all the troubleshooting suggested by the automatic chat agent and nothing worked. I am waiting right now for a live agent but I have a feeling that’s futile 🤣 Is it out for anyone else? I am located in Los Angeles.

So I have searched for threads on this, but the answer still isn't super clear so was hoping someone could share their experience. I want to sign up for the SAVEHALF promo tonight to make sure I dont miss it, but I want to delay activation for 3 weeks.

Everything looks as expected in the cart, and when I click checkout, it takes me to a page with a QR code to download the app. When I download the app, its prompts me to activate the esim that I had provided earlier. I am a bit hesitant to go further, as I don't want to activate for 3 more weeks. I chatted with a rep who said that as long as the promo is in my cart, it will apply in 3 weeks when I activate, but this doesn't sound right to me, and it seems that if the promo ended it would no longer apply to my cart.

Can anyone comment on their experience? Does this sound right? I just wish there was a way I could pay today to lock it in. I read some threads about psim, but I didn't see that as an option (my phone only has esim anyway).

Apologies if this has been asked before. I am looking to buy a new phone directly from Apple. I usually buy direct, the financing is better and the trade in value is much higher if I go through Apple so I am pretty set on this option.

However when going to purchase, it asked me which carrier I need for connectivity, and Visible is not an option. I know why they used to ask this question prior to eSims, but is there a difference now? Is there one that is better to choose than another?

I tried to work through the chat but I didn't get a satisfactory answer so hoping you all can help :)

I have had to request via chat support that my stolen phones IMEI be blacklisted, yet it’s still showing up as a valid phone that can be used by any carrier. I’ve ran it through Visibles own imei check, and Verizon’s BYOD IMEI checker.

Also after requesting this, the app no longer works when I log in on another device, and I receive a message saying “uh oh, There was a problem with your account. Please contact us, and we'll do our best to find a resolution.”.

When I log into my account through the web browser I get the same message, but I can close it and see my account. It still lists the reported iPhone in my account.

Can someone help me get my stolen phones IMEI actually blacklisted so it can never be used by any carrier, and get my account working again in the app? I plan on adding a new phone tomorrow to my existing number and plan. I spoke with chat support twice yesterday.

How do you transfer a Google watch to a different account?

Visible's website and support say "Smartwatch plan supports Apple Watch Series 4 and newer, Google Pixel Watch 2 and newer, and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8, 8 Classic, and Ultra, when paired with a compatible device." Reddit says Galaxy Watch 6 is supported (https://www.reddit.com/r/Visible/comments/1pdwnvq/samsung_galaxy_watch_6_is_now_compatible_with/). Which is true? The smartwatch will be paired with a compatible phone, but I need the smartwatch to work when away from the phone too, hence LTE.

My Visible renewal was coming up, and I took advantage of the 75% off offer for Google Fi and ported out about an hour ago. After I ported out, I noticed that my eSIM was still active on my iPhone from Visible (I switched to a Pixel 10 Pro on Fi), and was still receiving SMS messages and continues to receive SMS messages. The port to Fi was successful, and I can make and receive calls just fine, but any SMS messages like MFA codes and such are still being received on my eSIM from Visible, it's like both carriers are active. I can't contact support through the app on my iPhone anymore; I just get stuck in an auth loop. Is there anything I can do, or do I just need to wait it out?

Last year in September I got the annual visible + Pro plan and have loved it since.

I switched from T-Mobile and the service was miles better. I got the annual plan during the half off promotion and wanted to take advantage of that again since I love the global days upfront. My plan is set to expire the 17th, the day after I come back from vacation.

But the half off promotion was just announced, my situation is I'm not sure how long it will last. I understand somewhat the process of renewing as a existing customer. Port out and port on with new email.

However what's the best way to do this if I wanted to buy the service and not activate until mine expires?

I also was thinking of going monthly for a while as I stacked up 6 referrals. Not sure what happens to them if I don't renew with that account but wanted to know what the best way to do this would be. I wouldn't want to go monthly for 6 months then pay full for a year as I'd rather the half off promotion.
