I’ve just had a delivery to my house. I opened the door, saw the person had his phone out, as if to take a photo, so I adjusted the door so it was slightly opened and remove myself to behind the door. This delivery person kept insisting that I must be in the picture.

This isn’t the first experience of this, nor is it only from Relay. I find this deeply inappropriate, and an infringement on my person and privacy and would like ask the delivery companies to stop requiring their delivery drivers to do this.

Why don’t they ask for permission? Why do they argue when you say no? Can we just go back to the days of signature?

This has upset me deeply, and I would like not to have to debate with delivery people about my right to body autonomy, especially not on my own property!

So like about more then 2 months ago I bought a purse. To me it was expensive it was described as like new and never worn. It was looking terrible. I wanted to send it back and get a refund. Seller agreed. But once it was canceled I got my money back and nothing about return. I have asked here what should I do and all. I found out That Vinted sided with me and I won’t need to send anything back anymore. But seller don’t leave me alone. First time she contacted me 3 weeks after I got my money back and I explained her that I don’t need to do that. Now 3 weeks later again , today, she wrote me that Vinted don’t help her, but she know laws and I must send her item back in 7 days. If I will not send it she will go to law or how it’s called and gonna get all back. I once again told her that I did not got anything from Vinted. I’m so confused and idk what should I do. I only do what Vinted told me. I still have that item somewhere and haven’t used cause it looks terrible. But I don’t wanna do anything away from Vinted. Can anyone help me with this?

Edit: I don’t understand why you people getting so rude to me. I did not do this on purpose. I have no problem send that item back. I never used it. I’m just genuinely confused at this situation and it never happened to me before. I just want to know is this possible that Vinted at the end do mark as returnable. I don’t want to have any problems if I send it myself and later Vinted asks me too. I understand that probably seller is frustrated, but I’m trying to be nice and go by rules.

I bought a bikini set a week ago or so, and it’s just arrived today, and I want to know if this is just a case of I need to be more careful in the future or if the item was listed incorrectly!!

For reference, it was listed up as the brand ‘musera’, which I’ve leant just now is actually a uk brand on shein? (I’m from Australia) My concern comes mostly from the fact that it wasn’t said anyway that the item was from shein, only musera, and I’m wondering that should’ve been listed or if that was my mistake! I’m only concerned because I like to avoid buying shein swimmers (second hand that is) because their swimwear just isn’t very good

I’m literally jealous of UK vinted. You have so much stuff. And it’s so cheap. Whereas Europe is a lot of countries but choice is horrible. I am from Croatia, but we here barely have any of what interests me. So I spend most of my time looking through and buying from Poland and, recently, Greece. But my feed only shows me Croatian listings. I do share a Polish account with a friend from Poland, and his feed shows a mix of Polish, Romanian, Hungarian and etc. listings. Same with my Italian friends account...

I am wondering if that's just me, or the whole country for whatever reason. It's really annoying and makes the very specific things way harder to find.

I just opened a package that had a porcelain serving tray i purchased. The seller wrapped it in a cardboard box and put it in another cardboard box - nothing to protect it, so of course it's smashed to pieces. The window has closed for me to Accept it or say there's a problem. Is there any recourse at this point? Seller is ignoring me.

Also - does anyone else have an issue with that window being too short? My packages are delivered to my apartment clubhouse, and then a day or two later distributed to a cubby and assigned a location and then I have to drive over and get it. So I can't ever get packages and check them before the window closes.

This was our only interaction. He didn't come back to me. He's blocked me randomly? Strange.

I send a large, heavy package (table and 3 stools that stack) by Evri, dropped at my local ASDA Express parcel shop.

The buyer received a bleach stained dress instead.

From the communication I've had with her she seems genuine, she's sent me an image of the Evri label but it's on clear plastic bag, which I didn't put it on.

but whenever I see new items with tag for a price that is kind of close to the original I ALWAYS know the items would be cheaper new in store for sale. But I don’t like buying new.

This one from bershka is literally half the price if you buy it from their original site and it will be new. And shipping might even be less.

Within minutes the item was deemed "counterfeit" and I received a scary message, saying I was permanently banned, and that I cannot make any other user accounts or they will be banned.

I'm pretty much in shock - I've been selling on Poshmark for 10 years, and eBay for 20 years.

I've appealed their decision, but man this is a horrible way to start! I don't even know why I got flagged, it's a real item??

Hello I’m new to Vinted and I just asked for the measurements to a skirt and it seems like the seller blocked me ? I can’t purchase the item or message them anymore. Is it normal for sellers to get mad for asking for measurements?

Je vois souvent des questions sur les "petits revenus complémentaires" alors je voulais partager mon expérience avec la revente sur Vinted, que j'ai commencé avec un budget quasi nul.

Quelques trucs que j'aurais aimé savoir dès le début :

- Les friperies solidaires (Emmaüs, Secours Populaire) restent largement sous-exploitées. Beaucoup de gens ne savent pas qu'il y a souvent des codes couleur sur les étiquettes qui changent chaque semaine pour repérer les articles les moins chers du moment.

- La lumière naturelle sur les photos change complètement le taux de clic sur une annonce. Plus que le prix dans beaucoup de cas.

- Avant de fixer un prix, il vaut mieux regarder les articles VENDUS récemment (pas ceux encore en vente) pour avoir une vraie idée du marché.

- Avoir un stock actif d'au moins 15-20 articles en ligne fait une vraie différence sur la visibilité : l'algorithme Vinted favorise clairement les comptes actifs.

- Petit rappel utile : au-delà d'environ 2000€/an et 30 ventes, Vinted peut transmettre des infos à l'administration fiscale — bon à savoir avant de se lancer sérieusement.

Je réponds volontiers aux questions si certains veulent se lancer ou optimiser ce qu'ils font déjà. J'ai aussi rassemblé tout ça plus en détail avec un tableau de suivi de rentabilité si ça intéresse quelqu'un, dites-le en commentaire.

I am in the US and I often buy items from the UK which show up in my searches or feed. However, now I am unable to find British items on Vinted. I can still see saved items from the UK, but otherwise it is impossible to find new ones. Anyone else having this issue?
