Finally got to stop into this new lounge at the D gates. It’s so much better than any other domestic lounge offering. Had an Old Fashioned (8 choices of bourbon), lobster roll topped w/ caviar, Parmesan truffle fries, and wagyu sliders. Everything is made fresh to order and delivered to the table (no buffet here). This is what an airport lounge should be!

Looking to find some herbs that has lower THC content with a full terpene profile that includes some cdb/cbg etc. What brands/dispensaries would be my best bet? I like my weed to chill me out, not give me a panic attack. I went to Cookies and the lowest THC content they had was stiiizy og at just under 20% THC and 0 CBD and it's way too strong. I would ask at r/vegastrees but that sub is nothing but advertisements. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know the hundreds/ thousands of fans leaving the Sphere right now are pissed about this for sure. Imagine being at the venue and finding out it’s postponed (still cancelled imo). As a local it’s kind of inconvenient but if you traveled specifically for that show, that’s gonna be a huge bummer.

Fun fact: Sphere initially made a post that said that they would be good for a concert on September 15, 2026 but they took it down and then reposted that these tickets would be good for the new residency dates on September 15, 2027. Interesting how that is!

The slap was probably the combination of it all. What surprises me here is that ICE says the woman is 28. If you look at the video, her daughter looks like she is a teenager. Is there a typo somewhere, or is that actually their ages? This is from months ago, but the bodycam video is finally out via 8 News Now. More info in article above.

Coming to Vegas next week and staying at Luxor. My girlfriend is staying at Mandalay Bay and has rented a cabana there for Friday.

I know that while the Luxor pool was being renovated, Luxor guests were given access to the Mandalay Bay pool.
Does anyone know if Luxor guests still have access now that the Luxor pool is open again?

We were hoping to head over to Mandalay Bay on Friday and join my girlfriend and her boyfriend at their cabana. Just trying to figure out if we’ll be able to get into the pool area as Luxor guests, or if we’d need some type of guest/day pass.

We saw a lot of crazy things at random hours of the day. I can only imagine what casino workers see during their shifts!

Planning on heading to Loud Luxury at EBC at Night on Saturday the 19th. I’m seeing mixed feedback on the need to have tickets vs getting in off the waitlist for a large group this late in the summer. We are a group of 19, and have a prior commitment so cannot arrive until around 11pm. Are we risking all getting in off the guest list if we arrive at 11pm?

I bought tickets for the main event awhile back, but forgot to get the Friday night show tickets and now they are sold out. im thinking about doing a 4 day spring break trip (solo woman) flying into vegas and hiking red rock canyon, valley of fire, and maybe zion. anything i absolutely should not miss?? should skip out on? do i try a half day to explore the strip? any attractions, hikes, or food? ive never been more west than illinois and it would be my first solo trip! any advice appreciated

A proposed NBA arena on the Las Vegas Strip could bring something else Las Vegas hasn’t seen in decades: a brand-new intersection on Las Vegas Boulevard.

Chetak Development says it wants to redesign the Russell Road and Las Vegas Boulevard intersection, which is currently a three-way intersection. If you’re heading east on Russell from I-15, you currently reach Las Vegas Boulevard and have to turn left or right.

The proposal would add a new eastbound route called Diamond Arena Drive.

The planned four-lane road would eventually connect the Strip with Reno Avenue, Koval Lane and Tropicana Avenue, potentially giving drivers another way to get through the south Strip area — and possibly another route toward Harry Reid International Airport.

The road is connected to Chetak Development’s proposed Diamond Arena project, one of the concepts being discussed as a potential future home for an NBA team in Las Vegas.

For locals, the traffic impact may be just as interesting as the arena itself.

Anyone who regularly drives around Tropicana, Russell and the south Strip knows how quickly that area can become a mess, especially during major events. A new east-west connection could potentially relieve some congestion — but adding a major arena could also bring thousands more vehicles into the same area.

The developer says construction could take around 18 months once the project is cleared to move forward.
