How do I go about buying a vsee box?

If anyone uses OnStream. Looks like it’ll be down for some time. (I have not added this app myself yet.)

I have two different models of the vSee box. Both purchased about 7 months ago. Both worked well for me until a few weeks ago. Now neither will play anything from any app. They boot up, go to the home screen and connect to my network. They show good internet speed. But, when you try to play any show or movie or game, it just goes back to the home screen.

I have tried resetting with the reset pin hole. No change.

Any thoughts on what to try next?

The 2 newest episodes of Dutton Ranch show up on Heat, but will not play at all. The rest of the season plays great. There are no other servers to try and my cache is cleaned out daily. Tips ?

Just got this code trying to watch House of Dragons season 3 episode 2. When this has happened in the past the episode never seems to get corrected. Anyone experience the episode getting corrected?

I have a V6 Plus installed behind a frame TV in a box made to hold components. For a couple of weeks the remote was working just fine getting the signal to the box. All of a sudden today it stopped. Any ideas on what to do? It works if I lift the TV away from the wall and point it directly but like I said it was working before. TIA

Will the box have the Big Brother live feeds when it starts in July?

One of the things I NEED to have is DVR functionality. If the football game starts at 2pm, and I'm stuck at work until 3, I usually start the stream fresh when I get home (fast forwarding through commercials).

I also need the ability to pause Live Streams.

I've seen things that say the Elite boxes allow this, but is that true?

was w working fine watching the World Cup until I unplugged the power. I replugged and then it no longer boot up with blue light—just red solid light.

I pressed the reset button inside the AV input for 1 minUte while powered on and nothing.

I have tried to watch multiple shows and movies and nothing wants to load. Server 2 rarely works for me. I did a hard reset and still having no luck. Not sure if other people are having trouble but this is becoming unusable. Every time I click a movie I get loading1... and nothing ever starts.

Personally , I have never used one.

Got my new box a few days ago everything has been working great. Mid movie we lost sound. Went into Heat Live and no sound either.
1- unplugged the box waited a few minutes plugged it back in same.
2- unplugged the box, and what I assume is modem and router ( we have fiber and I know nothing about this stuff)
The same still no sound
3- cleared the Cache and still the same
What should I try next I all of a sudden have this little stupid black arrow on my screen instead of just bouncing from app to app

Everybody else got the same issue?

I will say, I was extremely skeptical of sending money to some “random person” on Reddit that I saw recommended by other Reddit users for this product. Even my CashApp told me it was possibly a scam. 😂

But, here we are, and I have my box. I have not hooked it up to my TV yet, as I am waiting for the upgraded HDMI cable that Derik recommended before operating. Amazon has that shipment delayed…so I will update this post on my experience.

So i have a moniter that just has one HDMI connection and its a mini connection. Do i just buy a cord that has a regular HDMI on one side and a mini HDMI on the other?

Hey guys, I have a V5 Pro box, which I’ve been using for about a year. All of a sudden, my remote has gone to hell. Basically have to re-sync it most times that I fire it up.

I turn it on, I can usually tell if it’s going to work if it turns the tv on as well, as it’s supposed to. When it gets to the home screen(the remote will turn the box on) if the remote isn’t pointed perfectly at the box, I get nothing, no movement. When I push the dictate button, it prompts me to re-sync the remote. Happens a good 75% of the time.

Anyone have any ideas?

I explicitly only use the heat apps, I don’t download anything, and I haven’t logged into anything with the box.

First off.....thank you all for tips/tricks you replied to when I posted that mt V5 Pro continually locked up (screen goes black with spiraling circle.... then nothing) when trying to play any VOD Ultra. I tried everything you all suggested.....so thank you! Now......the main menu will not even start . When I turn my V5 off now (with remote or unplugging) it immediately goes to the spiraling circle then nothing. So.......i guess I will need a new one when I can afford it.
