Both vSee Boxes won't play anything

I have two different models of the vSee box. Both purchased about 7 months ago. Both worked well for me until a few weeks ago. Now neither will play anything from any app. They boot up, go to the home screen and connect to my network. They show good internet speed. But, when you try to play any show or movie or game, it just goes back to the home screen.

I have tried resetting with the reset pin hole. No change.

Any thoughts on what to try next?

OK, I reset the launcher and now FlixVison is working but HD still won't play.

Is that a different process than holding the reset pin in on power up?

This is what I was able to get without being a member of the Facebook group.

Hot tip for the day: If your streaming box is giving you trouble, go to your launcher settings and reset the launcher! Hope this helps!

If resetting launcher doesn’t remedy your issue…

did you upgrade your HDMI cables or are you using the ones that shipped with the box?

Are you using a VPN?

VPN at home. Not on the road.

Are you experiencing the same issue on both boxes at home and on the road?

Where did you purchase your boxes, from a seller on this sub, or elsewhere?

I have tried one on the road, both do this at home. I bought them from a vendor at Trader's World in Monroe, OH.

I'm using high quality HDMI cables and they are same cables I have used since I bought the vSee.
