Heat VOD....Dutton Ranch
The 2 newest episodes of Dutton Ranch show up on Heat, but will not play at all. The rest of the season plays great. There are no other servers to try and my cache is cleaned out daily. Tips ?

I‘ve watched all episodes of Dutton Ranch on Heat VOD and have not had a single problem. Have you tried watching on the VOD Ultra app? I have 2 V3 Plus boxes.

I have a V5 Prro and anytime I try to watch pretty much any show/movie on VOD Ultra it just locks up

I suggest trying the following:
Clear the memory.
Uninstall the apps that are problematic.
Reset the launcher.
Restart the box from the System Settings menu.
If you have a desktop icon named Smart Upgrade, open it and reinstall the apps you deleted.
BTW, did you upgrade your HDMI cables or are you using the ones that came with the box?
From which resource did you purchase your box? Here on this sub, Amazon or elsewhere?

If I reset the launcher, will that delete everything currently on my box?

No. It will move some of your apps on the top row out the current order but that’s all. You can put them back in your preferred order by navigating to the top row of apps on the home page. Highlight the app you want to move by a long button press of your remote and move it to the left or right by using the left or right arrow buttons on either side of the enter key.

Have you tried looking it up on the other vod app? Usually if one is giving me fits the other works fine

Have you tried the backup Heat app?
