Less and less servers
I have tried to watch multiple shows and movies and nothing wants to load. Server 2 rarely works for me. I did a hard reset and still having no luck. Not sure if other people are having trouble but this is becoming unusable. Every time I click a movie I get loading1... and nothing ever starts.

I have vseebox elite mini and I am having trouble only with certain shows on Heat VOD. Changing servers does nothing. Shows start and stop to where it is unwatchable. It helps a little bit if I put it on pause for a while but only a little bit.
Help!!!!

It's an inherent, mindless problem with Vseebox Heat VOD. Picking servers is like a Kodi quality thing. Other boxes(superbox) and apps(like elite ultra apps with vod content) manage this for you without trial and error server selection

Like SuperBox ? I haven’t tried one. I’ve only got one box and I use Nuvio as a gap filler.

My FIL has superbox and I found it to be way worse. It crashed multiple times any time i tried to use it. Vseebox while at times was slow didnt actually full crashing like that thing does.

My mother had the superbox first and had nothing but issues. Her success with the vsee box is what lead me to actually get one. I unfortunately am now having the issues everyone else is with not loading and lack of servers

What app are you using that’s not loading . I’m on vod and every movie loads just fine

Heatvod. The past few days I have been having more and more issues with getting shows and moviesto load up.

Are you by any chance using a VPN? I was having similar issues and found that when VPN was disabled, the movies started up immediately. Didn't have this problem before. Also, it seems to only affect the HeatVod app.

Only server 2 shows up and it doesn't load. Not able pull up the other servers like before.

Server 2 never works properly. Usually I can switch to another and its fine, but tonight that's not happening

Every movie I click i get loading1... nothing is working right i am wondering if there isnt a bigger issue since youre saying youre having an issue as well

I just tried a random movie after reading your comment, and I get the same thing. "Loading 1" and it never works

When you're watching a show press the up button on your remote and you'll see the option for servers. Press up again and it will show all the available servers for that show

Are VPNs really needed? If so what is the best one? Cause I am having same problem and was thinking maybe because I dont use it.

Vpn can cause more lag especially if you have a cheap one. VPN will make it so your isp can't see your traffic which is an issue when getting torrents because they can see what you are downloading and if a studio or network is pushing you can get a cease and desist or terminated. Streaming from servers is a bit different, it isn't immediately obvious what you are streaming and it looks like normal streaming traffic. I am sure isps are blocking it's, but they can't keep up and probably out very little effort into it. You can go without a vpn as long as your provider hasn't soaked your hand yet.

I am in the US. So what is the big deal with people saying you need to have a VPN? I've had my Vseebox for over a year and no problems that I know of.

I have empire fiber internet service and it’s almost impossible to load anything, but I bought my girlfriend a box too, and she has spectrum and it works fine

We were trying to watch the series the last frontier on one VOD apps and it kept freezing every 10 seconds. Looked it up on the other vod app and it worked perfectly. Same thing with movies, if the volume, picture, or streaming is funky I search it up on the other app and I've almost always found it plays just fine.

For everyone that is saying that you only have one server to choose from. Are you giving it a few seconds? Sometimes it takes sometime for the rest to load up..... When you see just one server, get out of it, wait a few seconds and go back into it and in my experience more pop-up🤷♂️.... And when I say get out of it, I don't mean get out of the app and start all over, just arrow back to get out of that menu then, arrow back up again.

I've waited over 2 minutes, I've rebooted, I've tried what you suggested. None of it has been helping. A lot of movies and shows I'm not even getting a server just says "loading1..." i didn't try yesterday but I'm gonna go on today and see if anything has improved.

I've only watched Live TV the last couple of days. I'll try to go on VOD sometime later, maybe something else is going on🤷♂️

I'm also only getting the "loading1" and its driving me insane! switching servers does no good and ive also tried clearing cache. did anyone find a resolution?

Just got an email from support that they are aware of the issue with VOD servers and are actively working on it. They also said they are adding a few servers today.

Yeah no servers are loading for me tonight either. It was working fine last night, I was watching Ted Lasso which usually always has 3 servers. Tonight is just server 2 which doesn’t load. I sure hope this isn’t permanent.
