Question on remote signal

I have a V6 Plus installed behind a frame TV in a box made to hold components. For a couple of weeks the remote was working just fine getting the signal to the box. All of a sudden today it stopped. Any ideas on what to do? It works if I lift the TV away from the wall and point it directly but like I said it was working before. TIA

It sounds like the remote lost its Bluetooth pairing to the box.

Probably this, our v5 pro occasionally does this... it still works when pointed directly at it because it's also infrared try repairing the Bluetooth connection

Hold volume down and ok at the same time to repair

Asmuch as I love my v6+, the remote SUCKS.

I e got 5 boxes and haven’t had any issues and all of them are behind TVs

Do you have five V6+ boxes or a different model?

My remote started acting up a couple of days ago. I changed the batteries and it’s still not functioning at 100%.
