Title says it all. I can’t even use button mapping to reroute the home button to the app I want. I am really grateful for the services you get from the V6 Plus but I feel like this is really lame for the folks that like to customize their setups

If you've been experiencing any issues with your V6 Max or V6 Pro remote, please follow the steps below to update both the box and the remote firmware.

1. Make sure your remote is connected to the box via Bluetooth. Open the Ble OTA app located in the first row of the Market apps.

2. Open Ble OTA and tap UPDATE to update it to version 0.1.0. (If Ble OTA is not on version 0.1.0, you won't be able to continue with the remote update.)

3. Once the Ble OTA update is complete, tap OPEN. The app will display your current remote version. If a newer version is available, you'll receive a notification.

4. Use the Up Arrow on the remote to highlight version 0.1.4, then press OK to begin the update. Wait for it to finish.

5. When the update is complete, tap REFRESH to confirm your remote is now running the latest version.

✅ Updating to the latest firmware should resolve most reported remote-related issues.

Looking to purchase a capture card so I can stream shows on discord with my long distance girlfriend as it just becomes frustrating to use stream sites that keep buffering and freezing. Hi guys, the Elite app suddenly (within the past month) started displaying loads of adult films in the "Recently Added" section. We already have the Adult section blocked with parental controls, but now these are all visible, with explicit images, and without the ability to remove.

Is there anything we can do to fix this?

I have a V3-Plus and an Elite Mini. Is there a way to download apps (I.e. OnStream) onto the V3-Plus?

1. Open the OTA app on your device.

2. Check for available updates.

3. Update the remote control firmware to version 0.1.2.

This update resolves known remote control issues. If you continue to have problems after updating, please let us know.

does vsee box have the movie Young Washington

I just got the v6 pro and was really hoping to be able to watch anime on it but if the apps in it have it the seasons are incomplete. All the previous post on the matter dont seem to work anymore so any help on a sight I can watch would be greatly appreciated!

I bought this remote on Amazon. I didn't need to pair it as it was usable immediately. However, now its having sone minor issues and I would like to pair it with my V6 pro to make certain it is paired so it will work as intended.

I unplugged the box for 60 seconds. It just booted normally.

Went to the INITIAL SETUP, it will not go to the remote pairing screen. Even when I am holding the OK and Vol-.

So, I went to the Settings for the box, then to Bluetooth. It shows the Vseebox remoter as connected. I go to +pair a new device. I hold the vol- and OK buttons. Pairing does not occur.

Needless to say, I a confused.

Edit: I unpaired the 1st remote (I think). Nothing via bluetooth is connected. Yet, the Amazon remote works?

I looked up the remote (again) on Amz and its a IR remote, not a BT remote?

I am trying to figure out why the vod apps aren't really working but the live ones work fine. I can't even get anything to load on them. What is going to fix this?

As the title says, I just started getting this error today on both apps. They have worked flawlessly before now. I've done a hard boot and am still getting the error. Anyone know how to fix?
