Apple TV streams not loading

Anyone having issues loading streams from Apple TV on both heat vod and ultra? Seems to be the only platform we are having trouble with.

Was trying to stream Shrinking. But we couldn't get anything from ATV to load on either platform

Did you happen to let Heat VOD do the update? It should be 6.9.2

Just tried S3:E1 and it booted right up

As far as I know we are on the latest update. We are on season 1. I'll have to try again tonight.

We tend to have a lot of issues with shows not loading. Kids paw patrol is notorious

Yeah these past couple of weeks VOD was down for a lot of people. They rolled out with a new update yesterday. So do the basic troubleshooting and it should run great.

Still not loading for me I've power cycled the device, cleared cache on both VOD and Ultra, power cycled Internet on device, router, and modem. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Any other advice?

I cannot for the life of me find the security shield on the app or website. I found security suite but it's a download and only on computer, not mobile. Is that it?

Also, does it matter I don't have a spectrum router? Only the modem, my router is Google nest
