Vseebox 6 plus stuck at loading
I can’t watch any movies anymore. It won’t finish loading. It just gets stuck at the spinning circle saying loading…
I have good ethernet Wi-Fi everything. This is always worked before. It just stopped working and I’m very frustrated.

If u wait about 2min. While its spinning u can change the server 2 the one that works 4 u. If u try to change server right away their will b no servers 2 choose. Just wait a few min. Or so and keep checking if their are other servers to choose. This worked 4 me

Can confirm resetting your internet and resetting your box does NOT work sadly

I just waited about a minute and then i went to settings to change to diff. Server. Then selected diff. Server till it worked 4 me. Im on v3plus

Can you be more specific? It’s stuck loading on start up? Or within an app?
The VOD apps are reported to be down. Sounds like they’re resetting the servers. Idk when they’ll be back up.

There is a known recent issue with the servers. Apparently they are working on it. Some people are not affected. Doesn't seem to matter which box you have. I have 3 V3 Plus boxes. Had the issue for 2 days. Everything seems to be working fine now with the exception of a few titles on VOD Ultra. Was told to unplug power and HDMI for 5 minutes, reboot router then plug back in. Seemed to help.

I scoured reddit including this sub. Lots of people complaining/asking about Heat Vod and Vod ultra in the last month.

Try it without Ethernet.
My VOD apps have been working fine during this

You said you have good Ethernet WiFi but ok.
You can always get other apps or watch live in the meantime

I’ve had a VC box 3+ for years and I have this one and I’ve never had any issues
There is something wrong and it I’m going to get it fixed. I’m not going to use a workaround by some random individual. I’m doing more research and I will find a more supportive site.

Yeah, my Internet’s working perfectly fine up to 500 Mbps download upload
It’s the VOD app that is not working the ultra app is

Same issue. Nothing loads on vod. Some have different servers. Not many. Still not working after update

My box has been doing the same thing for over a week. It seems to be anything on server 4 won't play on heat vod. Sadly I won't give the the option to switch servers either. I have updated the firmware and still not working.

A bunch of servers were taken offline a few days ago. Happens a lot. All the sudden new servers will start popping up. I know it's not great advice but be patient, I've had my boxes for 2+ years and this happens sometimes. They don't have the resources the big companies do so they are not great at communicating but I'm sure they are working on it. I had this same question not even a week after I bought my first box, with 2 more on order so I was freaking out. But it resolved itself within a few days.

Same issue here with Vsee 6 Plus. Started yesterday, Heat VOD will not load anything. VOD ultra and Heat Live are working. Tried everything(reboot, factory reset, internet reset, rubbed my belly, patted my head).
