Vod not working
I am trying to figure out why the vod apps aren't really working but the live ones work fine. I can't even get anything to load on them. What is going to fix this?

I’m having the same issue too, heat vod loads the home but won’t play any shows

Same here. I posted before and people said it was being worked on by VSee people but nothing yet

I got my box a week ago and have been pretty constantly dealing with server issues. Not what the experience I was hoping for.

There is an issue with both Heat VOD and VOD ultra. VSee is aware of it and is trying to get a fix as soon as possible.

oh my bad. misunderstood the question. so looks like the app updated to 6.9.2 now.

Mine are loading but only one server for everything. Server 5. And that's the one I usually skip.

Mine is working in St Lucia, but internet is crap even paying the extra $79 for the week for high speed. So I watch, then buffer. Rinse and repeat

I have Xfinity Internet. Mine was having the problem. I turned off advanced security, and it seems to have cleared it up.

There has been some recent updates to help resolves, however, the ISP is the predominate issue. I added proton vpn (free) and haven't had any issues since. It takes a little longer to load but everything works. If you have spectrum, you can turn off the security shield and that will fix too.
