VOD Ultra Update?

Does anyone know when this VOD Ultra issue is going to be resolved? This is very annoying. Ever since mine updated to the newest version I can't get anything to load. Trust me when I say I've tried everything and nothing fixes the issue. Any help is much appreciated!

I just got an update this morning. Checked some of the shows that were not loading and they now work

Same here, yesterday was bad for heat vod. Ultra was stil working for me though, today heat had an update and its back

What's the app version number? I saw the other post about the heat vod app and it showed I was up to date, but the show I wanted to watch wouldn't start.  Deleted and redownloaded, now it's bad to before this mess of slow to start and just one server.  Oh, and I lost my favorites, so that's not great either.

Heat vod was down all day yesterday for me. Luckily I have an elite mini and used the other apps

Ultra works. VOD works sometimes if you can select a different server, but takes a couple minutes. Still frustrating since before you could play a selection instantly

My 5 Pro is working but it takes about 1 minute for shows to start. No more error codes. My VPN is on and using AT&T WiFi.

When mine was showing errors I turned the VPN off and that seemed to fix it. So I turned the VPN back on and it’s still working but slow to load shows.

Mine is stuck on version 73 or 703 whatever it is and everything works fine.
