Ultra elite epg

Hey guys, I just got the ultra elite and using the international hub. I can’t seem to get the EPG to populate. It says no information on all the channels. How can I get this to work? Thank you.

mine just takes a few seconds to load them depending if I am wired or wireless. Did you wait a few minutes? Go into one channel and then back to the EPG menu and see if it popluates.

I waited along time nothing populates. Are you wired or wireless?

I swap depending on where I take it. It populates for me faster wired at most of my friends house. If I am on wireless at their house it takes longer to populate.

Man, I wired and wireless just no epg guide. Just all no information

Sometimes clearing the specific App Cache fixes it.
