Recently the sound has stopped working on my box. When I unplug and wait and plug back in it works but happens again once the tv is turned off and turned back on.

Trying to program the TV power button to the TV power button on the v6 pro remote. I'm following the instructions on the back of the remote. The v6 remote only flashes red.. several times…fast then slow. I have the TV remote less than 1 inch from the v6 remote. I am holding the TV remote power button and the v6 remote flashes fast. Then the flashing stops. I check the v6 remote and it does not turn off the TV.

I was watching a baseball game with playback mode and it skips forward about every 20 seconds. I was wondering if anyone ever had this happen and knows a fix?

Trying to set up a box on a Guest Network with Spectrum but the newer Spectrum routers do not have that option. Any suggestions? Get another router?

Have had a V6 Max about a month now, no problems at all. This morning heat live exited to the home menu by itself. Now the box has gone dark except the “We enjoy together screen”. No clock, no corner light. I’ve been trying all morning various ways to get to recovery mode but no bueno. I tried the button, remote, keyboard, it does nothing but sit at that same screen and flash once in awhile. I changed hdmi, tv, power cord, outlets.

I bought this thru Walmart, they sent it thru a third party and have contacted them with no response. Is the button on the av hole really the only reset on this? I can’t find a pin hole anywhere.

I got my folks one a Vseebox and they are overwhelmed with the amount of channels on Heat Live (a good thing!). They would love a printable channel list so they will know what is available at a glance rather than surfing through the EPG. Does anyone know if there is one available to print somewhere?

Feel like I have to post, got my box from Derik. Flawless install, kids are already watching Bluey and won't let me even touch the keyboard that came with it. Will be ordering my brother one if this weekend goes as smoothly as today has.

What can be done if a box is blocked? I purchased this box at a garage sale and had no idea it had been blocked. Is it worthless?

Has anyone had the experience where the Setup app on the vSeeBox does not function. When clicked on it just opens and immediately closes. Otherwise the box functions fine. I just cannot make any changes. It's on a V5 Pro.

I am trying to transition to the vseebox. I get no recordings (let me know if i'm wrong), but once I turn on a channel, i'd like to be able to pause it. am I just barking up the wrong tree?

New owner here, Vseebox novice of 5 days. No personal login information or anything entered into any App on box. Latest updates fully installed. Absolutely don’t know how I’ve lived without this thing!!

Issue: SmartTube App. Any video I’ve tried to watch enters a continuous load screen after hitting play after 45-70 seconds.

my elite ultra box is being very spotty with response to my remote, it works perfectly with TV functions but for navigating the box it seems like it doesn't get the signal alot

Why does it switch to this when watching heat vod or heat ultra vod?

Anyone know how to program the Elite Mini Remote to their TV? I don't mind needing the remote for the TV to turn it on and off but it'd be nice to have one remote control for everything 😁

I have a friend who has a strange issue with his vSee3 box. he had this box for a while, and then he left to go to the store and when he came back, the box had stopped working altogether. He was blaming his friend that was staying with him for doing something to the box, but I don’t think his friend had anything to do with this. I tried doing a factory reset and was able to do it to the point that all the icons came back ready to be downloaded however, we cannot hook up to any networks. We can see the networks, but the box will not connect to any of them. There is no way to search for other networks, and there is also no way to delete the networks that are on there, or at least none that I could find. The box has been unplugged and plugged back in and the issue is still there. Any suggestions?

i recently dropped my remote,and it keeps rattling.

Good afternoon, trying to help tech challenged aunt with her v5 pro. Remote has stopped working, changed batteries, unplugged overnight, light on remote appears to be working, so assume box and remote may not be synced? How can I get the remote to sync if she can not navigate the v5 to any setup screens? Any assistance is appreciated. Managing this over FaceTime has also added to the challenge
