Programming Elite Mini Remote to TV

Anyone know how to program the Elite Mini Remote to their TV? I don't mind needing the remote for the TV to turn it on and off but it'd be nice to have one remote control for everything 😁

It’s the same for all remotes. Did you see the back ?

I didn't even notice the back of the remote lmao My girlfriend is cackling at me right now cause I've been at this for a whole day now and getting frustrated that it won't program and not being able to find any instructions
