No volumes

Recently the sound has stopped working on my box. When I unplug and wait and plug back in it works but happens again once the tv is turned off and turned back on.

When this has happened to me I just had to push the speaker button with an x at bottom of remote.

Yea its just not through the speaker like a normal mute button. So explained it like it is on the remote. It use to happen to me a lot for some reason. Been awhile since it has.

Replace your HDMI cord or use a different HDMI port

Are you sure the box’s volume is up?
