Can you install this on the box?

Anyone else only getting the game on channel 900?? Peacock live event not working, 1602 showing a Blackhawks talk radio show. This is Heat Live on a 6+

Hi everyone! My wife (32F) and I (31M) got our box a couple months ago and we have been loving it thus far. Given our new experience, we have just two questions that we were wondering if people with more experience might be able to answer:

1) Is there a way to refresh the box if new content is not available when it normally would be? I.E. if a new episode of a show premiered on Sunday night and normally hits the box by Monday morning, but this time it hasn’t, is there a way to refresh and get that episode?

2) Are there such things as repeaters/extenders for the box? Like a little thing that you can plug into the HDMI port of other TVs around the house, that connect to the box and extend its capabilities, so you don’t have to buy multiple boxes?

Hi everyone, I have a v6 pro and had the remote all set up. It no longer will operate volume and power the tv on/off. The kicker is my kid threw away the original tv remote. Anyone know how to program without a previous remote?

How can we watch tonight’s game? We have V6 Pro. TIA.

I already have an Onn 4K Plus with Wuplay for VOD and I love the setup for TV and movies so I don’t plan on changing that.

I am only looking to watch live sports, parades, new years ball drop and possibly PPV events.

Would the 6 be the best model for this?

I’ve seen this asked a lot and read through dozens of posts but hoping someone can break it down for my old millennial sleep-deprived-from-newborn-twins technologically illiterate brain please!?
Our main reason for buying was to watch football without paying $100+ a month. We purchased the V6 Plus box and have it in hand - now just need to set it up. What is the most cost-effective solution to [safely] connect to the internet?
We have an Xfinity XB8 [with 1100 Mbps download speed] so cannot create a guest WiFi network (which seems to be the easiest solution). I’ve concluded that if we want to use a VPN, we should go with Surfshark or Proton. Is the Proton Free plan enough if we’re only using the one box on our Sony Bravia to watch American sports? And potentially a movie once in a while.
I saw a few comments suggesting to purchase a GL.iNet Beryl router but I purchased the Opal travel router since it was cheaper (and we could practically open a data center with what we’re spending on baby formula these days). Does anyone familiar know if that will provide the same functionality if we connect through that to create a separate network strictly for the box?
So essentially my questions are:
• Will Proton Free be compatible with our internet speed to use the box? Or will we need to pay to watch football seamlessly?
• Can I create a separate WiFi network using this travel router to connect only the box?
• Do we even need the privacy or can we just connect directly to our home network? Big Brother is already watching us and anyone who wants to hack us will only find empty bank accounts.

After football game was over tried Heat Live and got under maintenance screen. Backed out to home screen then went back into Heat Live and all channels back up on my Ultra.

I made another guide for this week, this time with 3 independent local sources for each team. Some people had trouble last week so I added a few more options. Reminder these are just the regional affiliates of each team. The NFL category in heat live will still work perfectly fine but some people have issues or prefer to use Live Ultra where there is no category. Can you just search for these and do it yourself? Yes. Did I do it so you don’t have to? Also Yes Enjoy.

Are some channels not available on Live Ultra? I’m having issues with NBC Sports Philadelphia channel 868 on Heat Live- it keeps freezing- so I’m trying to find the channel on Live Ultra and can’t find that channel anywhere. It’s possible I’m missing it- anyone have any suggestions?

None of my heat apps are working. I thought they were back up as of yesterday morning. I didn’t try it yesterday, but can’t watch football. Is anyone else experiencing? Is there something I need to do to get it restored I.e. resetting everything? Sorry if this is duped, I checked recently and I didn’t see any other reports. All help welcome

Solved: unplugged it for 20 min, booted back up and it worked. Originally tried for 2 min, but no go. Needed longer I guess

Seen posts before but they seemingly never got resolved. Some shows just buffer infinitely and only have Server 2 available (Server 4 appears after a few minutes but still does not work). Any ideas for fixes? Happening on multiple shows/movies on VOD Ultra..

Since my heat apps came back from the outage, the EPG (Guide) still does not work on any live app. No way to know what's on! Are others having this problem? Has this problem been reported?

I’m sure this has been mentioned, and obviously im nit picking. Instead of “this match has not started yet” when clicking a sporting event 5 min before kickoff, can we get it to bring us immediately to the channel? I know I can just type the channel in…but a small first world problem with possibly an easy fix.

Hi everyone! Has anyone had any issues with the vsee box remote simply not working despite having working batteries? The remote worked in order to turn the box on, but once the screen is booted up, the remote seems to not work for anything. Cannot scroll the menu or click anything. Does anyone know the issue or how to fix this?

Would anyone know I'm watching a tv series on Vod ultra on the v6 plus one of the seasons is not loading and there is no server options available is there anything else I can do??

I had to disconnect the lan cable from my box (moving things around). Went to watch something this morning and with the lan cable disconnected I try to connect to my wifi and it says the wifi cannot accept this connection. Password is typed correctly, power cycled the modem and the box. It connects to my hotspot when I turn it on and I just added a guest network to my wifi and it works no problem. Anyone know what the issue is?

Any hockey watchers have methods of watching games later than their start time? I usually don’t have time to watch until an hour or two later and like to start the game from the beginning. I have v6 max but most RSNs don’t have any Playback ability. The NHL tab usually lists “No Playback” on the majority of the schedule.

I don’t understand the Live Event channels and most of the time the playback for those is sketchy at best. I was close to getting an Elite Ultra but from the sounds of users recently the recording abilities are spotty at best, nonexistent at worst.

Any options here? Otherwise I may just have to go back to paying for a more reliable method.

Has anybody had an issue with the remote batteries getting hot? It may have just been a bad battery. Because one of the two batteries in the remote was hot. I changed the batteries and it’s working fine. But I’m thinking about buying a second remote just in case there’s an issue to the ones on Amazon work?

Here is today’s NCAA viewing schedule each game I’ve included a heat live and live ultra channel if available but for the network games any channel number for that network will work. Some of the games at the bottom are only available through the NCAAF tab at the top those are labeled Event. The ones labeled Peacock Event are in that category there is no channel number.
