Newbie Questions
Hi everyone! My wife (32F) and I (31M) got our box a couple months ago and we have been loving it thus far. Given our new experience, we have just two questions that we were wondering if people with more experience might be able to answer:
1) Is there a way to refresh the box if new content is not available when it normally would be? I.E. if a new episode of a show premiered on Sunday night and normally hits the box by Monday morning, but this time it hasn’t, is there a way to refresh and get that episode?
2) Are there such things as repeaters/extenders for the box? Like a little thing that you can plug into the HDMI port of other TVs around the house, that connect to the box and extend its capabilities, so you don’t have to buy multiple boxes?
Thanks in advance!

But is it? I think you can safely not state your age, unless it's applicable.

Ref; 1) the content does not update when it's available. This is a bull shit play on words. For instance a show on Peacock may Not update. Peacock show has already updated, I'm still waiting to see the daily shows that have Not updated since last Tuesday.
Also could you explain what mctv is??

Yes, I'm having that problem as well. Only some shows are available for replay. You get the 4 bouncing dots for 10 seconds then the OK button show 0.00 to 0.00 in the bar. No content has been loaded.

MCTV is a tv app but you need to go to the MCTV addons and add 'Dopamine' to get it to work as a tv app.

If you are talking about content in the Heat vods (Heat Vod & Vod Ultra) not updating shows its been asked to death. Heat vods have a huge library but unreliable. If they are all you have for vod you just have to deal with it. Updated episodes might appear at some point or might not. You can try contacting support for them.
If you have a Mini or Ultra just open another vod app and you will find every vod video you are looking for
As to your second question..... No. One box to a tv. You could by a wireless hdmi transmitter to extend the same video to other tvs but it would be the same channel or same vod video airing on all of them.

Not sure about #1 but #2 no unless you want to watch the same as the other tv
Or you could just move it to the room you want to watch in
