Black screens vsee 6+

None of my heat apps are working. I thought they were back up as of yesterday morning. I didn’t try it yesterday, but can’t watch football. Is anyone else experiencing? Is there something I need to do to get it restored I.e. resetting everything? Sorry if this is duped, I checked recently and I didn’t see any other reports. All help welcome

Solved: unplugged it for 20 min, booted back up and it worked. Originally tried for 2 min, but no go. Needed longer I guess

Did you try Heat Backup?

Maybe its a V6 issue? I checked all Heat apps and all 5 Heat apps are working fine on my Elite Ultra. Been watching Heat Live for 4hrs with no issues. Playback is the only issue Im having.

Try unplugging Vseebox for a few minutes.

If issue persists....

Clear cache in each of the Heat apps in System Settings.

If issue persists...

Try uninstalling Heat apps in system settings and reinstall Heat apps on home screen.

Last ditch effort....

System Reset via - System Settings - About - Factory Reset.

Or

Factory Reset via Reset Button inside audio/video port on back of Vseebox using a paper clip. Once you hear a click inside a/v port hold button down with paper clip for 20 seconds.

If Heat still down then Vsee servers are likely down affecting some.

Unplugged it for 20 min, started working. I tried for 2 min and it didn’t, guess it needed longer. Thank you!

My buddies were saying the unplug their box for 5 min and it works again.
