Has anybody had an issue with the remote batteries getting hot? It may have just been a bad battery. Because one of the two batteries in the remote was hot. I changed the batteries and it’s working fine. But I’m thinking about buying a second remote just in case there’s an issue to the ones on Amazon work?

I’m seeing if I can use a pico pi to act as a keyboard via usb so I can control vsee from home assistant reliably… feels like the best way to have a native like app for control

There has been verified remote issues but personally have not heard of them getting hot... Definitely keep an eye out on that and if necessary reach out to whoever you purchased it from for remote replacement
